ASoo, Dr. Teck M.surgery went well. I highly recommend him. Office is not very responsive regarding medical records for disability. Waiting time in the office is very long. Time I was told to get back to work was overly optimistic.- Donna M.

BCostcoThe wait is long and selection is limited, however their prices are fair compared to other places. The redid my glasses without added charge even though the error was made at my ophtolmologist's office. I am very thankful for that! The experience is somewhat rushed. I only wish they had more people helping customers and that they would use a numbering system for customers waiting to get assistance.

AHenry Ford Health SystemI loved my experience with this staff during my pregnancy, delivery, and after care. It was overwhelmingly positive and I felt the care was amazing. I also appreciated never feeling like I was in a 'hospital'. It truly is a wellness center and it is beautiful. I attended all kinds of classes there in preparation for parenthood , which also led to my overwhelmingly positive experience(CPR, childbirth, infant care, cooking, prenatal yoga). I did think the lactation consultant could have been more tender with my baby when trying to help him learn to latch on. The OB from Livonia could also work on her bedside manner, but because of the wonderful experiences that I had with everyone on stafff at the WB location, she is barely a memory worth mentioning. I continue to be a patient of HFWB for primary care, OB/GYN, and my son is a pediatric patient at the Farmington Road facility. I couldn't imagine trusting my care to anyone else. I also love the fact that if something is potentially wrong, I don't have to sit on pins and needles waiting for test results. Typically, I can view all test results within an hour or so. Like I said, amazing!

ABeaumont HospitalI like them very much. I'll stick with Beaumont because I like all my records to be in one place. Everybody has all my records and they can look straight at them. I go to therapy and I have a chart where I can see when my appointments are and I just like that setup. They did different tests for my husband but they didn't offer anything as far as advice whereas the other hospital did. Bills are always high and it was difficult for us to pay a lot so Beaumont has agreed to let us have a payment plan and that worked out great.- Phyllis A.

BMillenium Medical GroupThere are about 12 doctors and everyone in my family sees different ones. So, at least four of them in that practice are excellent. I don't know about the other doctors. They do have an urgent care walk in on the weekends which is at the same building. It is staffed by their doctors. Some of the urgent care places are not so good. Everybody that I know that have used them have liked them. Some doctors are busier than the others. The office is really busy. The staff is really friendly. I have never had a problem with the billing. We have been going there for many years.- Francine A.

BFoot & Ankle Institute of Southeast MichiganI had an appointment with Dr. Pupp, who I have seen before several times and really like. Unfortunately, it is always an extremely long wait because he is really popular. This time, it was more than 2 hours, so I ended up agreeing to see another doctor. He was very nice, and since all I really needed was a prescription for diabetic footwear, it was fine. However, I really would have liked to have seen Dr. Pupp and wish they wouldn't overbook all the time. I know he goes to several office locations, so that's why it's so busy, but I really don't want to go through that long wait again. The office was literally packed with patients waiting to see him.- Celia T.

AHenry Ford HospitalThe service was excellent. I had a 3rd year resident who actually did the surgery. She was the absolute greatness. She explained absolutely everything ahead of time before the surgery. The day before , she called me at home to make sure that I am aware of what is going to transpire during the procedure. He told me ahead of time definitely what was going to happen. She told me while she was doing it and afterwards she was extremely patient-oriented and professional.- James H.

CSmith, Dr. Joann MI was very satisfied with her and I thought she was professional, and she did a procedure on me in May, and everything went well. I got a mail in Medicare to say that she is no longer using Medicare, in other words, if I wanted to continue seeing her, I would have to pay through medicare. I thought that was very negative, I would understand if she didn't take new patients who had medicare, but refusing an existing patient is pretty lousy. That was not a good thing for me. I was looking for a female gynecologist and I am not sure how I found her. I have nothing negative to say about her staff. When I started to see her, I was not on Medicare, that is a recent thing. I am not going to see her again, I already found another doctor.- Lynda Ann P.

BRosenthal, Dr. Hilary A.Ran lab test on the nail, called when lab results had been returned to schedule a follow-up appointment. Discussed various modes of treatment and made recommendation of a special topical prescription medication. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

CMeftah, Dr. Sheila PDr. and nurse were professional and competent, however, the remaining staff was rude, unprofessional, had questionable competency, and created an overall unpleasant and unhealthy experience. The receptionist ordered an incorrect prescription refill, after being given very specific information as to what was to be refilled, never apologized for the error, and hung up on me when confronted with her error. Although the office and Dr. acknowledged her error, they refused to reimburse me for the wrong prescription. So I was stuck paying for meds I didn't need, want, or use.
