Marty made the entire process easy as can be with a complete kitchen and master bathroom. Always checking to make sure we were comfortable. Martine is awesome as well. ADiscount Home ServicesWe are very pleased with the work that Gary did. He was respectful of my house and environment and always went above and beyond! Example: he’s was here when the pipes froze in our MIL apartment ( we were on vacation) and he stepped in to repair the pipes for us immediately so my 90yo mom wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Another time our dog locked herself in my bedroom and thank goodness Gary was here to get her out! I appreciated that Gary did almost all of the work himself so we didn’t have multiple subcontractors in our house during the pandemic. We were so happy with his work and work ethic that we had him remodel another bathroom. I’m positive we will be calling Gary again for our next project.- Annette A.

He provided us with exactly the vision that we wanted. We would definitely us them again. AMadera Building Company IncWe have a ranch house which is just over 1,100 square feet. There is very little space to expand within the footprint. We contacted several contractors as part of this effort. Previous contractors wanted to design the kitchen the way they saw fit and not listening to what we wanted. Moving walls would have taken out closet space. We also wanted to keep the sliding doors in the back of the house. There seemed to be no contractor up for the challenge of renovating this space. A friend of ours suggested Madera Construction since they had just finished a bathroom renovation and did a great job on it. My wife and I decided to give them a call. We met with Marty and he listed to what we wanted to do in the kitchen. He made suggestions for enhancements to maximize the volume of space used in the kitchen rather than try to knock out walls to make the room larger. This effort doubled the amount of storage space in the room without moving walls. Madera also provided a few voluntary enhancements to the project to enhance the space further. They also spent a great deal of time paying attention to the smallest details of the project. As a result, we now have a kitchen which functions extremely well within the space we have. We can also store all of our small appliances in the kitchen rather than on shelves in the basement. We are very happy with the result of the project and look forward to hiring Madera construction for our next project.- Mike R.

Cat 6e, and coaxial installed in all the rooms of the home, with the internet gateway along with a new patch panel and 24 port switch that connects all the rooms in the home. Stereo wiring installed in the living room and family room... Ceiling fans and new exhaust fans for the restrooms... All that PLUS he installed my new NEST thermostat also... AI had an exceptionally positive experience using Macson Electric who was sent by Aladdin Heating & Cooling to bring the electric components of my new furnace and AC up to code. I was quite concerned that they might have to tear up my newly painted basement ceiling to complete the work, but I was very pleased that they were able to utilize an existing spare dedicated circuit which saved me the cost of drywall repair and paint. Stephen was the journeyman electrician who completed the work and I found him to be punctual, friendly, considerate and highly skilled. He followed all COVID-19 recommendations and he did a nice job of protecting my floors and cleaning up after the work was done. Finally, he explained everything to me in a way that I could undertsand it. It was a pleasure working with Macson Electric and I'll be calling them first for any future electrical needs. I highly recommended Macson Electric.

ATim was prompt on time and accurately fixed all of my electric issues at one visit. The flickering lights/voltage fluctuations and some plug points were bothering me for few years. Finally thank god, Tim got everything fixed. He listens to us very patiently and was very helpful in explaining everything to us. I would recommend him to anyone who needs electric work.

AWe had to have mini split systems installed because the layout of our home wouldn’t be ideal for central air. Oak came in with a very professional estimator, up front pricing and financing, and always answered our calls. On the 2 days of install they arrived on time, with a full crew of two truck fully stocked with all of the supplies and equipment needed. They were coordinated, polite, ready, and the most organized operation I have ever seen.
