ATodds Services, Inc.$47,000 job - Took months longer than told. We understood it was bad weather but the crew told us they were put on other jobs. - Quoted us on hydroseed but only used plain seed. Only found this out after we had signed the contract and they were near the finish of the job! - Tried hitting us with a $4000 addition after they finished. - **Killed tree in yard due to hydraulic leaks from excavating equipment** and not covered under their warranty. They keep telling me its my fault for pushing them to work during rainy periods. The ground was dry and firm. But still they blame the heavy equipment over roots. They deny the hydraulic fluid being a problem, or that the leak ever happened (I have pictures of course) Sad as we expected more for the price and glowing history of this company. We found cheaper but trusted these guys.- Murray E.

AI've been using Custom Lawn Care for several years. They've always been very professional, courteous and treat me like family. I will continue to use them in the future. However, the real reason for me commenting today is because of their technician Greg Hughes. I recently had a tree come down in my back yard and it did a lot of damage to my lawn. Greg went way out of his way to make sure I understood what needs to be done this Fall and next Spring to make sure my lawn recovers the quickest. I really appreciated the information and education Greg provided. He's definitely a keeper. Well done Greg.

AFantastic!! Randy was promp and willing to go to work immediately once we agreed on a price. He worked hard and got the job done quickly (digging the post hole, preparing the post and setting it in concrete and then putting the mailbox over the post, being sure that he followed the USPS guidelines for height, distance from the curb, etc.) He cleaned up everything and the new mail box looks great! We couldn't be happier with his work and definitely plan to have him do more work for us in the future.

AWe asked Summers to come out and do some paver repair work and also place a new sleeve under the front walk and run an exterior extension cord through it, if possible. The paver repair work was done really promptly and nicely, they needed to return to run the sleeve. We were happy to learn that not only would they be able to run the sleeve, but they could do it without disturbing the existing pavers on the walkway. Before the appointment to run the sleeve, we discovered a leak in the sprinkler system. Summers was able to schedule the sprinkler repair for the same time as new sleeve, so that was really helpful. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, and were very professional and polite. The sprinkler repair required disturbing a small section of lawn and running the sleeve required disturbing a couple plants. Following the repair work the lawn and plants were replaced and the areas cleaned up. Very happy with the service.
