  This is my first time writing a public/online review but I felt the responsibility to let others know what my experience was like. I had been to Dr. Sood 3 different times after taking a chance on a Groupon. Initially went for Botox hoping for the best and being satisfied overall. The second time I went was for filer and felt that she did an adequate job, however this was my first experience with filer and was unsure what to expect. On my third visit I went for both Botox and filler and she sold me over $1100 of product. After driving home with a swollen and severely bruised face I was hopeful that my investment in myself would be what she promised however in the days to follow I began to realize that there was literally no difference in nasolabial folds where I have learned that she injected the wrong product recommended for the area. The Botox administered was done completely inadequately and one side of my face was significantly higher than the other and the lines in my forehead that I paid to have removed were still present on one side. When I contacted her a week later she told me that she couldn't do anything to help me and that maybe if I tried hydrating or got a microderm abrasion it may help with the plumping. Two hours after this conversation Dr. Sood left me a voicemail that indicated that after doing some "research" on my problem she felt that I was correct that another product would have been a more appropriate choice and that she could offer me $50 off another syringe of this new "better choice" product at "only" $550.00. After going to my dermatologist (who I should have just spent the extra money on) she informed me that Dr. Sood used the wrong products on my nasolabial folds and basically used too much toxin on one side of my face. She told me that the amounts of Botox that Dr. Sood charged me for was not possible. I paid an extra $900 to my doctor to have Dr. Sood's mistakes corrected. DO NOT go here. She is unprofessional, unethical and unqualified. Based on my experience I have reason to believe that she did not use the amounts of products that she had sold me. In this situation you get what you pay for. Don't take chances when it comes to your face, it's not worth it.

  Lakes Urgent Care PC

  The provider who was an " ER" dr made the incision so small that it |reclosed that day. Thus I had to go to the ob/Gyn literally the next day and have the same procedure performed. |When I called to speak to the office manager she wasn't helpful. Claimed they are the "only urgent care certified " . I was told I would receive a call back regrading a refund. I never did.

  The one that my wife likes the most through them is Dr. Wade Cooper, a migraine and head pain specialist.  He's great, but it's usually about a 14 to 18-month waiting list to get in to see him. For a new patient it could 2 to 3 years, so that can be a turn off to people. For the most part, it's very comical. You're just a number, but they have some really great specialists. You're just a number, you just kind of walk in and they look at your chart, but they don't know who you are really. It's a series of giant clinics. They are usually late, but most specialists are. They are pretty good at communicating always with the patient. I don't really talk with doctors outside their system. They are quite efficient in billing. We will use them again as needed. This is a review basically for the whole system, not just one doctor. If I were to pick a specific doctor, I would probably grade them differently.

  It was very nice there. You had good privacy, your own room, a nice plasma tv, and the food was really good. The doctor followed up with me right after the surgery to discuss the results and educate me about the procedure.

  After a great deal of research and talking with friends about their birthing experience a different local hospitals, we centered in on Henry Ford WB for number of reasons. One of our primary concerns was finding a hospital that was supportive of the Bradley method of giving birth. It was important to us to be in an environment that was not only supportive but encouraged natural childbirth. We spent most of our prenatal appointments working with Jan McIntosh, one of the midwife's on staff at the birthing center. Jan was exactly what we are looking for. She was calm, experienced, and completely supportive of the natural childbirth. Not only did they respect our wishes for things like minimal intervention, it was a part of their foundational beliefs as midwifery team. We also were able to meet and experience the services of multiple other midwives including Jen, Amy, and Lynn. The preparation leading up to the birth was wonderful, the birth went very well, and the recovery was outstanding. From minimal visits in the recovery room, to delicious room service delivered food, Henry Ford West Bloomfield was exactly what we wanted in a birthing center. Without hesitation, we will continue to use Henry Ford West Bloomfield and the midwifery team for pregnancies and births.

  I was very pleased with my experience. I did not sit in the waiting room long at all before I was called in. I also did not sit in the doctor's room long in between the nurse leaving me there and the doctor showing up. The doctor took the sample to run the test for strep. She also checked other areas around my throat. I waited for the lab to return results (which took less than 10 minutes) in her room. When the results came back negative, the doctor said she preferred not to write me a prescription because I just had a bacteria caused sore throat. I really respected that because I do not want to take pills unless I have to. She told me to call back if my sore throat didn't go away in a couple days and then she would write a prescription for me. Henry Ford hospital works directly with my health insurance. When I received the bill I thought it was fair. Their online and quot;my healthand quot; system is great for paying the bill.
  
  My other experience with Internal Medicine at Henry Ford was just as good. It was with a difference doctor and for a stomach issue. She gave me her personal cell phone number to call her on Saturday to let her know if the prescription was working or not. This was over a year ago. I highly recommend using Henry Ford Hospital.

  Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital

  The care philosophy at the hospital was very patient oriented and it drove the facilities to be excellent also. The food that they provided in the cafeteria and for the patients promoted wellness. It was very good and healthy. They had a chef come in and design the menu and a lot of the staff was from the local cooking school.
