ASPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELINGStaff professional, courteous and could answer any on site questions. Staff took care to keep area safe and minimized any construction mess. Painting of project area was included in the bid which was a plus. Staff worked hard which meant some days they worked late into the day to keep to timeline of project. Contractor checked on project multiple times on site during the 4 weeks of construction. Project started after all materials on site. If there were questions, easy to contact contractor who was timely in reply. Very little problems on this install and were resolved very quickly.- Barbara W.

ANew Design IncThis was the best experience we could have had. No problems, no delays, everyone was friendly, professional and ON TIME! During a pandemic, We were afraid of delays, but the project was done on time and done very well. AWe were initially impressed by the owner's itemized, detailed bid submission. We went back and forth to refine a few things but went into the project feeling confident b/c the others weren't nearly as detailed or organized. Demo started in November 2017. HVAC, electrical, plumbing upgrades (and some structural issues) began in January. We originally estimated that the project would be done end of April. There were a few setbacks mainly due to materials/suppliers delays and a few structural surprises found during demo, so we finished almost the entire project in May. Just a few punch list items left, but nothing compared to other projects I've seen and experienced as a real estate agent and home renovator. All the inspector approvals happened early June, and we were moved in. Only the the replacement of a defective sink is left-- but that was the manufacturer's delay as they sent a replacement that was also uneven in casting so we had to order for a 3rd time. Dennis and his team were professional, did what they said they would do, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. As always, I recommend creating a detailed list of everything you want to happen and actively participating in the project. Dennis' team didn't push back on the collaborative effort and the end result shows the entire process' success. I don't have photos right now, but will upload some later if possible.
