AThe Carpet Guys LLCFrom the sales person to the final installation, everything was smooth and easy. The product was brought in two days before and I got a call before hand, to let me know they were on their way. I got a call from Nick, the installer, prior to his arrival. Nick was a great installer! He finished the room in 3 hours!! I had all furniture and carpeting removed before hand, so all that was needed was to lay the flooring, but still, I thought it would take most of the day. I was socked by his kind words, friendliness and willingness to please his customers. A very down to earth person. I finally got a smile out of him as he cleaned up afterwards. Then, just recently we had new windows installed. We, once again used Advantage Blinds and once again. We could ask for better service. ACarl has been my go to person for this service. He's reliable, prompt and his service has always been reasonably priced. From what I can see from one of the windows looking over some gutters, he did an excellent job cleaning them and even went above and beyond the scope of service. He stabilized some parts that were sagging and tightened loose fasteners. I would highly recommend him!

BUT There was a lot of attempted up-selling which was aggravating AND they didn't reconnect the dryer vent which means that for a few days (until we noticed and fixed it ourselves) that there was additional dust and moisture spewed into the space. Not worth the $95.
