    Lakeside Towing Service
In an emergency, you're looking for people to just get the job done. Lakeside does that, and more. Their people are knowledgeable, skilled and polite. Rich's words and actions were reassuring, I left with the impression that my car was in good hands. If you have the luxury of choosing which provider will tow your precious car, ask for Lakeside.

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
Very smooth process. All communication through phone and email was professional, courteous, "accurate". The driver was very friendly, professional, and patient. He had to stop and wait for me after he had already headed out on the long haul, so that I could retrieve something from the vehicle that was accidentally left inside. The car was picked up and delivered within promised time frame, and the driver gave advance notice regarding his ETA. The vehicle was in the same condition as at the time of pick up, (no damage) and apparently careful handling of it. Thank you very much Executive Auto Shippers, especially the particular driver that handled our car, for your excellent services.

I would not give them that high of a score. C for price but the insurance dealt with it. I would not use them again in the future. They were very slow, and they did not want to take ownership of an issue after they got the part. There was a noise that was happening. They claimed that the car was too old and they did not have anything to do with is, but they did. I went to another company. The insurance dealt with it but it was a lot of car rentals and things.

I decided to have all of my side windows done in the same shade as the drivers side window so they would all be uniform. The process took about an hour and a half total time. When it was finished I looked it over and it seemed a little light compared to what I was expecting but I was sure the ceramic was going to make the difference in the sun rays on my face. I had to go back and have a "finger" smoothed out of the windshield tint. The first sunny day I noticed that I was still getting the same amount of heat on the side of my face and the tint was not effective. I was disappointed that the windshield strip was not dark enough to block out the sun. I am not sure why he advised me to use the more expensive ceramic tint that was not the darkest shade on my windshield when the purpose of it was to replace my visor and block the sun, not heat. So I felt that I was given misleading advice that was not helpful for my situation. He should have a prototype/vehicle at his business that you could go sit in and look through the tint from the inside. The virtual tool on his website for looking at your vehicle with different shades of tint is only useful for aesthetics. So I contacted Jeremy and told him that I was still feeling the same amount of sun rays on the side of my face from my drivers side window. I asked about redoing it and he agreed to redo it in a darker shade for me. I was sure he told me to come back in at 10:00 am on April 14th. When I got there he asked me if he could help me and I said I was there for my appointment. He said it was at 9:00 am and I was surprised because they don't open until 10:00am. He said he would not do any tint on my car that day. He said that the sun I was feeling could be coming in from my front window and I should try to move my car at different angles to the sun and we left it at I would call back to make another appointment. There were not a lot of sunny days for the rest of April and into May, but when it was shinning I knew it was hitting me from the drivers side window and not the windshield. I never felt comfortable calling Jeremy back because I wasn't sure if he was giving me the brush off or not. I finally contacted and talked to him again. First he tried to sell me a "new" tint he had just gotten in that he was going to give me a discount on and could redo the whole car for $140. I told him at this point I just wanted to have my divers window redone in a shade dark enough to effectively block the sun--which is what I originally went to him for. He said he would do it but wanted to charge me. I reminded him that he was going to re-do it at no charge to me and he agreed. So I brought the car back in on June 14th and he redid the tint on my drivers window in a non-ceramic shade that was next to the darkest. Or so I thought, because after it was done and I told him I wanted to get the windshield strip done in the darkest shade he said something about the drivers side window being the same shade as the windshield strip was now. I said, Oh I thought you made it a shade darker? He said they were so close it was the same. That may be the reason the drivers side window doesn't look that dark to me. I really have to look closely and at a certain angle to see the difference from my other three windows that still have the original lighter shade. It is questionable to me, but I do feel some difference in the amount of sun rays hitting my face so there was improvement. However, that being said now I have wind noise in my drivers side window that was not present before this last appointment. I asked about the process and he said they use steam to get the old tint off. I am not sure how that would affect the seal in my door window but it definitely did. I decided not to go back again to have the windshield tint changed out because of pricing. Overall for what I hoped to achieve, I did not get the desired results. There may be a quality issue because when I look at other window tint the concentration looks more dense, not darker but more density or saturation than mine. I would not recommend.

    AAA CHRYSLER TRANSMISSION
Good service. I'm a mechanic so I know what they're supposed to be doing and what they're not supposed to be doing. I don't know if I could give you good feedback on that cause most of the time when I take my car the problem is already diagnosed. I say do this or do that and that's it. I don't have a garage other than that I would be doing it myself. Cause you tell them exactly what to do and tell they better not do nothing else. They're professional. You can sit in the waiting room an hour or something like that. The workers are very friendly. Yeah they explain the work that is done.

    TOM HOLZER FORD
So I roll in when it's time and there is no charge to replace my oil, put on new windshield wipers if I need it, top off my fluids. They do the same on my husband's and my son's, for that matter. When I go to turn in my car they know all the history on it. So I get the best buck out of it. I have a service agreement with them. I paid it upfront, it was like $300 for two years, but it covered everything, my oil changes, if I needed new air filters, new wiper blades or topping off my fluids. So I drive in, I drive out, no money. They're a great place, very honest. If you ever need a car I strongly suggest you go there. They have a wonderful waiting area with refreshments. They wash your car for you by the way. So I take it in dirty because I know they're going to wash it.

They looked at an Ford Focus, for the steering, but they were unable to fix it. They told me to squawk to the Ford dealer to replace the power steering, that never goes out, but did. Did what they said, and the dealer did fix it.

They told me that I needed a new tire and they had to order the tire. Once the tire got in, they would call me back within a day or so. I left the dealership and an hour or two hours later, they said that they got the tire and I had to bring my car back. Well, I had to take off work. I was wondering why did they not know they had the tire, did just come in or what. I just thought that was bad. I went there before and they were okay. It was just that time I thought that was bad business that I had to take off twice in the same day. It was an employee lease so there was no cost to me. It is covered in my lease program.

    CLASSIC APPRECIATION

Other than our own car washing and vacuuming out, we'd not had this car detailed in our 10 years of ownership so it was time since we planned to keep the car. We found Classic Appreciation through Angie's List and since it was reasonably close with great reviews we tried it. We were blown away by the fantastic results starting with being greeted and written up by Kasey H., who was very upbeat about what they could do to clean up the car.

When we picked the car up the next day we were amazed that we were looking at the same car!  Though the prices are not cheap we feel we got more than our monies worth as the car's paint never looked better and the interior was as if it came out of the showroom. Even way under the front seats was spotless!  We had Kasey note on the write up we wanted the engine compartment cleaned as well. When we picked up the car that wasn't done and Kasey said he neglected to tell the staff to do that. ( However we did not pay for that  from the invoice at pick-up either.)  But since we didn't have touch-up paint to take care of the many little scuffs a 10 year old car will have, Kasey suggested if we get some from a dealer and he would take care of the paint touch-ups and the engine compartment if we brought it back, which we did.  We were pleasantly surprised that not only did Classic Appreciation do the paint touch up and engine compartment cleaning but did not charge us the normal $45 for the engine work, just for their overlooking it the first time.

That is a great way to create customer loyalty!  That shows the pride and confidence they have in their work. A class act. We could not be happier with the work this company did and we will bring our second vehicle in to Classic Appreciation for detailing too.
