    I would not give them that high of a score. C for price but the insurance dealt with it. I would not use them again in the future. They were very slow, and they did not want to take ownership of an issue after they got the part. There was a noise that was happening. They claimed that the car was too old and they did not have anything to do with is, but they did. I went to another company. The insurance dealt with it but it was a lot of car rentals and things.

    Their honest, nice, family owned. I would highly recommend. Phenomenal people, and really take the time to get my needs done, he took my list and told me which ones were more important and which ones were not so important. Dennis, is really good!

    Good service. I'm a mechanic so I know what they're supposed to be doing and what they're not supposed to be doing. I don't know if I could give you good feedback on that cause most of the time when I take my car the problem is already diagnosed. I say do this or do that and that's it. I don't have a garage other than that I would be doing it myself. Cause you tell them exactly what to do and tell they better not do nothing else. They're professional. You can sit in the waiting room an hour or something like that. The workers are very friendly. Yeah they explain the work that is done.

    So I roll in when it's time and there is no charge to replace my oil, put on new windshield wipers if I need it, top off my fluids. They do the same on my husband's and my son's, for that matter. When I go to turn in my car they know all the history on it. So I get the best buck out of it. I have a service agreement with them. I paid it upfront, it was like $300 for two years, but it covered everything, my oil changes, if I needed new air filters, new wiper blades or topping off my fluids. So I drive in, I drive out, no money. They're a great place, very honest. If you ever need a car I strongly suggest you go there. They have a wonderful waiting area with refreshments. They wash your car for you by the way. So I take it in dirty because I know they're going to wash it.

    They looked at an Ford Focus, for the steering, but they were unable to fix it. They told me to squawk to the Ford dealer to replace the power steering, that never goes out, but did. Did what they said, and the dealer did fix it.

    They told me that I needed a new tire and they had to order the tire. Once the tire got in, they would call me back within a day or so. I left the dealership and an hour or two hours later, they said that they got the tire and I had to bring my car back. Well, I had to take off work. I was wondering why did they not know they had the tire, did just come in or what. I just thought that was bad. I went there before and they were okay. It was just that time I thought that was bad business that I had to take off twice in the same day. It was an employee lease so there was no cost to me. It is covered in my lease program.

    They couldn't find anything and its still not fixed. They staff is fine and the professionalism is good. We have bought cars from the same salesperson. We have bought two cars since August of 2007.

    Lube Tech is great. I have been bringing both of cars there for years. I have had my oil changed many times, always very quickly, even when they have a full three cars in the shop. They have also changed the trans fluid in both my cars. They are very good about asking me about this and that, like the air filter  and wiper blades which I always elect to do myself later to save money.
    They were the technicians that told me that told me that my 12-year-old car would probably make it through another winter, and that was two years ago. I am glad I listened to them and I am still driving that same car.

    I originally took my car to the dealership where they claimed it needed a new ac compressor. In total I was quoted just under $1000 so I decided to get a second opinion. Hals charged $89 to inspect the ac system and felt that it was reliable enough to recharge the system instead of replacing the ac compressor. They applied the $89 towards the recharge fee so for an additional $40 I was out the door. Its only been a week and I haven't used the air a whole lot but so far so good.

    They changed my  car oil, changed my oil filter, check all the fluids and topped off the washer solvent and even took care of the low level on the power stirring fluid levels. They also tested the battery for free and they recomended that I get a transmission fluid flush and a new air filter for next service. The cabin air filters were in good standing.  At check out I got a coupon for free car wash which came handy after the snow storm we had last week and free tire rotations. I can comfortably say that my dollars went a long way in that place.
