Beautiful results with like-new appearance on the van, and excellent appearance on the Honda given age of the vehicle (13 years). I would not hesitate to use them again.

  KEFORD COLLISION

  I was in an accident and Keford was called by the police. The tow truck came quickly. I have no complaints about the towing from the road to their facility. Getting them to move the car to the collision place (preferred by my insurance company) was a nightmare. It took them 3 days to move it despite phone calls from me and the collision place. Apparently it is common for them to not move vehicles quickly so they can rack up storage fees. I was also badgered by staff to get the work done by the Keford collision center. Even though I said no, they pushed further. The lack of professionalism and dealing with my situation makes me glad I did not go to them for my collision repairs.

  I had scratched a part of the rear panel on new Audi, and made it worse by trying to repair it myself. Went to B and B based upon Angies List reviews. Nick, a manager, came out and looked at the repair I had attempted, said he would take that paint off and see if he could clean it up once he got to see the scratch underneath, and did so the next day in just a few hours and it looks great. And cost me less than the touch up paint and supplies I had used myself. Hope I don't need body work again, but if I do, this is the first place I will go,

  I rarely write a review. Their service requires an exception to this rule. I will pay for good service. The entire experience was exceptional starting from the initial contact. Wes Booden provided a estimate for the work within 15 minutes. The quality of the work was outstanding and performed in the agreed upon time frame. The cost was reasonable. However, the final number was $300 - $400 less than the estimate. He also provided a $25 rewards card for a company that specializes in detailing. B & B exceeded my expectations! Stellar!

  I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the service I received from the beginning. The damage was assessed and I was given two options as well as the pros and cons ot either option. I chose to have the bumper completely re-done. I was able to bring my vehicle in a week later. Work was completed within time frame I was given. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and overall experience. They are very accommodating and the price I paid was $ 175 less than what the dealership quoted. I was also able to use a 10% off coupon which was helpful. Having grown up with a father who was a Service Manager and later an insurance appraiser I had some knowledge. I was also taught to treat your clients/customers well. B&B Collision definitely delivered on all aspects. I hope I never need them.again but I most definitely would use them and highly recommend.

  After Nick at B & B Collision gave us a reasonable repair estimate we dropped the car off on Nov. 17 expecting the standard 10 days - 2 weeks time for the work to complete. However, after about 2 weeks and not hearing from B & B, I stopped into the shop as I was close anyway. The car had yet to have been started. Dismayed, I talked to Nick later and he said that the car ahead of mine took much longer than anticipated but my vehicle would be in the shop the next day. I said a phone call to let me know of the delay would have been in order. He was very apologetic and promised to work with me on the costs to alleviate some of my inconvenience. The car was finished in about 9 days from then and B & B had done a excellent job of cutting, forming and welding in new sheet metal then painting to match the body color. The blend-in is so good I cannot tell where the work was done. B & B also provides printed photos, though only black and white on computer paper, to show the work as it progressed and verify the extend of rust or damage. A very professional touch. Nick indeed worked out the final cost with me that was acceptable given they had the vehicle for a month. Overall, I am very happy with the actual body work B & B did and would happily use them again.
