AAmerican Standard RoofingI had three estimates, and they were just a couple hundred above the lowest one, but American Standard Roofing had a better customer review. The estimate was explained very well, and we had many choices, and we picked the 3D look. The James crew showed up on time, a great job, and outstanding cleanup. AParamount Building Inc.Another company was in charge of the maintenance of the roof in the past. They fixed a leak but leak came back few weeks later and said it would cost $500 for a proper fix. Then I called Paramount Building, someone came, explained the issue, fixed it. I paid $100 and so far we don't have any leak anymore. We will hire again.- Yves L.

FHired to put on new roof. Should have taken a week - it took 2 months. During which they disrespected my neighbors, damaged their property, disrespected me, and left my roof wide open during several storms. Gallons of water poured into my house through my bed, down 3 stories of the interior. Left my home and property in disarray for weeks on end. They did nothing to fix their mess. After many tries to resolve issues they continued to disrespect me and/or ignore me.

FNot even a week rain was pouring in on my furnace I call them took them FOREVER to come out had to call again. They finally came out to do patch work around cage😩then not really a full year into service I saw a leak in front of salon on panels. I called called called they kept saying they were coming🧐took them FOREVER likes months to come. Didn’t let me know they were there on my building at all, they did such an horrible job at patching my new roof. I have an connecting building roofers said cheap materials were used and which roof was I liking to get a new roof on. Three roofers said same thing not a GOOD JOB FOR A NEW ROOF. They took black tar brushed it heavily on seams with a lot of thick, very thick ridges just a sloppy job. I have complained and complained OWNER has not called or sent no one to take care of this mess. Yes I thought they would handle this better so I was trying to set up next door building roof I have literally called and called this company begging for roof work and services. I am done as a hard working woman I refuse to be making payments behind this work I advise people to go on your roof look at job take pictures ask questions I will be sending these pictures to the better business bureau this is not how business goes.

AHonest, reliable and best roofing company. We had Advance Roofing and another company do Roof leak repair. Both did not hold up, it started leaking more. Both companies did not explain well and Advance Roofing charged almost $1K and the other company half that. Saw all the good reviews about Renaissance roofing and called them, the lady that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and told me upfront they charge $95 to inspect the leak and if they repair they will take it off the final bill. Don showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me pictures of damage and where the problem was. I know Advance roofing did nothing in the area where the issue was found. The other company did something there but did not do it correctly, they added more caulk causing more leak. Don diagnosed it properly, fixed all the issues and tested it. The other two companies I asked for pictures and they would not share it with me. Another couple of companies I called tried to rip me off by saying my roof is bad and needs total roof replacement (they send sales people,not repair person) and i asked them how much they charge for new rood and quoted ridiculous amount for roof replacement (I researched online and with neighbors and I know for the size of my home it should not cost more than $7K to $13K), by the way my roof is only 11 years old. I am extremely happy with the way he repaired it, the explanation and pictures of the repair gives me reassurance. Finally I found an honest business. I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing for all your roofing needs. Out of 5 I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you so much Don. Appreciate it.
