    We needed to move the electrical service from the pole to the other side of the house in order to install a pool. Jeff and crew did a professional looking job at a fair price. Answered all our questions and concerns along the way. Will (and did) hire again! A+++

    When I opened my pool for the season, I noticed that the circuit breaker to my pool shed kept tripping at random times. It prevented me from running the pump and the heater. I needed to find a good electrician who could diagnose and fix the problem���quick. Macson was able to send someone out in a timely manner. The receptionist was polite and very straightforward about their scheduling and billing. Bobby and Xavier did an excellent job. It turns out that an old pool light that the previous homeowners assured me had been disconnected hadn't been *properly* disconnected, causing a short that was tripping the breaker. They fixed the issue and replaced an older, non-weatherproof GFCI in the shed that was causing issues. They took a look at the rest of the pool shed wiring and made sure everything was working as intended. They were friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable for the job they had to do.

    Previous electrician refused to return my calls when his work failed inspection. Then I called Supreme Electric, and Jeff agreed to look at the list of violations, and complete them if possible. Two guys came out and fixed multiple issues (grounding of new circuit panel, upgraded wiring to meter, new 100 amp disconnect), whistled while they worked, and were done in less than 4 hours. The work passed inspection without any problem.

    Craig was courteous and punctual. The price he quoted appeared to be reasonable for the work involved. I paid an additional $89.50 to become a Gold Plan customer, as I had additional work I might want to have completed in the future. On 11/13/18, the city inspector told me that the circuit panel and outlet were fine, but gave me a list of several items that needed to be addressed before he would approve the job, including the grounding of the circuit panel. I contacted Mr. Electric on 11/14/18, 11/19/18 and 11/26/18 to schedule an appointment to have the additional work completed. They never called back. It would be great if they would at least reimburse me for the $89.50 membership fee, but I am not holding my breath. I am currently looking for a new electrician to finish the job.

    HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCE. you would be further ahead watching a youtube video and crossing your fingers. A project that was supposed to take 8 weeks, ended up taking 8 months before we just accepted what was done, and paid to get them out. I wish I could even say they work they did was mediocre, but that would be a lie. The absolute worst paint job i have ever seen in my entire life. Dented/scratched my cabinets, don���t know how to cut/install baseboard, didnt fill/patch any nail holes, installed lights- they weren't even level. Tile work was shoddy, missing grout all over in the shower. Replaced a pocket door, and left a gaping hole in the door frame ���because they couldnt find a new lock set the same size as the old one���. This ���company��� has zero professionalism. They would come to a meeting, agree to do something the way we discussed/requested, and then turn around an do something completely different. The mess they left when they were ���done��� with the remodel took us 2 weeks to clean up. We are now paying another contractor to fix all the issues/mistakes from this company. Save yourself the worst experience of your life and hire someone else. Actully said ���they were sick of dealing with primadonna people���. Obviously should have seen that as a red flag. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

    They had to deal with things being in a closed space. They didn't have a big basement to work in. It's all in small closeted areas. They had to take everything apart and they did a good job of doing that. It took a while but they were very good at it.

    Gary is a true gift to our community and may be trusted in the home to complete repairs while you are at work or doing errands. He is an absolute genius at installing lighting or doing any type of electrical work. He has replaced or installed over ten lighting fixtures and his advice about which fixtures to purchase has created a mini home makeover. He is meticulous and installs curtain rods and towel racks with exact placement to the millimeter, and hangs photos, quilts, and artwork with precision. He also assisted in removing carpeting, replacing doorknobs, installed storm door and mirror hardware, caulked tub areas and outdoor areas, replaced heating vents, installed a new chain drive garage door opener, and helped me to move furniture. He taught me about water turn off knobs, fuses, and seasonal repairs that needed to be completed and has assisted me in many ways where other handymen fell short. I thank God that he was recommended by my neighbor, who was a postal worker, and I recommend him to all of my friends at church! Most importantly, he is devoted to his family and has superior values. Every job is completed as if he were working in his own home.

    The team left a mess in my house and after multiple requests I cannot get a receipt and detailed invoice from the owner. He received payment promptly, then sent me an email saying 'paid, $1600'. My concern is that he won't do any repairs in future if need be because there's no invoice stating what work was done.
