Great!! Mike was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. His employees Dillon, Brandon and T were GREAT. They were polite, competent, friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the job was done - both inside and outside parts of job. Cannot praise PermaDry and work crew enough.

This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. My realtor recommend I hire someone last July to work on my crawlspace prior to selling. I hired FSM and have had them out probably 10 times since the initial installation date 10-25-17. Most recent last week. They have yet to fix the issues and have caused damage to my home numerous times around 10. They have a crew of young adults. early 20's coming out to perform work such as installing steel beams and support jacks to lift sagging joist. The salesperson never went into the crawl and failed to quote me on the correct amount of work needed. I had to hire a licensed inspector to file a report on the poor workmanship that had been done. Then they finally sent out someone with experience and off course it cost me more money due to their negligence in the first place. They installed the jacks directly onto the dirt. No cement gravel or etc. I have been going back with FSM via e-mail when they respond and via telephone. They did not pull permits telling me they were not required and it was at the owner's discretion. The sales person basically said he didn't think not pulling a permit would be a big deal since we were not doing an encapsulation just structural work. They give you a lifetime warranty which is useless since if this is the way they continue to operate they will eventually be out of business. Please call around and find a reputable company avoid Foundation Systems of Michigan at any cost. In addition to the entire stressful situation they caused damages on more than one occasion, knocking heat runs down, broken condensation line for air, damaged floor due to incorrect lifting of one joist and not the one next to it. I hired a licensed inspector to prove how shoddy the work they did was. It wasn't until then did they take my concerns serious. They use a finance company and get paid immediately. I am sure this is the biggest reason they feel it isn't important to ensure customer satisfaction and professional work.

Right from beginning, I was treated with respect and consideration when Ben, the sales associate, came to the house to look over the problem. I knew it was going to be a big, costly job. Ben and later Joe answered all of my questions, took all of my phone calls, talked to a trusted friend about the project, and made me feel as comfortable as possible knowing the entire perimeter of my home was going to be excavated. Yikes!! Part of the work was going to be from the inside so that the back patio would not have to be cracked and dug up. From my perspective, this was a very massive job. I cannot say enough good things about the crew members that were sent to do the work. Some different crews for different aspects of the job - with some overlap. Had different crew chiefs - and they were great. Rick was here the longest and very patiently answered all my questions even when I interrupted him when he was operating the backhoe. I was impressed and pleased with their attention to detail, their willingness to work hard in very hot, humid weather, the pleasantness and politeness of all the crew members. I told Joe that whatever criteria he was using to hire people has resulted in great team members that reflect very well on his company. Thank you all - Nate, Rick, Dave, Justin, Malcolm, Too Tall, and the few others whose names have escaped me. It truly was a pleasure having you do what needed to be done to waterproof my basement. Joe, I especially that you for providing this service and taking such a personal interest in my home.

    Suburban Basement Waterproofing
They were extremely professional at first contact and set an appointment to look at the issues I was having in the basement and gave me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and the workers showed up very punctually and completed the work in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and the work required a revisit to finish it up. A second appointment was set and again the work was completed very punctually and professionally. I would highly recommend them plus they offer a lifetime work quality warranty.

Things went great.  Great company to work with.  Price is very reasonable.  We shopped around and they were honest and did not try to charge more or find extra things to do.  In fact, they recommended against doing some expensive work other providers wanted to do.  Have had no problems with the basement once completed.  Jeff is very flexible and a great guy.  Definitely recommend.

Work has not yet been completed.  Basement is being partially financed by FEMA due to 8/2014 flood.  There is a need to also replace current sump pump with a 24 inch whole house sump with back up protection.  This work is being completed by a plumber.  It would not be fair to B-Dry to evaluate them now without excellent rating, so that is what I am giving them.

I should tell you that he was the 3rd contractor to show up with an estimate.  The 1st, which advertises eavuily on sports radio, could not even offer a solution and simply left after 15 minutes.  The 2nd, a snake oil saleman, wanted $4000 to dig out the basment along 3 walls to solve the problem (overkill and I'm out $3000 too much)
His 2 men showed up on time and completed the task that day but advised there was still blockage which had to be snaked out.  I subsequently received a call from Brian, 4-Ever's plumber, who set up an appointment came out and snaked the line clear.  He even went to the store bought me 3 plugs..one brass one so  I could lay carpet w/o a bump where the cleanout was and 2 more for the storm drain and the sewer drain which were never ( after 60 years) opened.  He even took the time to show me how to break out the original brass plugs and how to install new PVC ones.  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST AND 4-EVER LEADS THE PACK

The guy needed to go around the whole basement to do the evaluation. He wanted me to take out all of the heating vents, which would cost me $500. I also have a pantry with extensive shelving that he needed removed. He also wanted me to remove 4 concrete steps. None of the other companies required this. I would have had to spend nearly $1000 dollars to just have this preliminary work done.

Mr Kamienski did an excellent job on my basement.  The usual system he uses did not work in my situation, but he was extremely responsive and immediately came up with an alternative solution for no extra charge.  The mark of a true professional is when something doesn't go quite to plan... Mr Kamienski was responsive, resourceful, and made corrections that are working extremely well.  In fact during the recent flooding in my area, my neighbors' basements were all under water.  My basement is BONE DRY thanks to this company.  I am delighted with his work!
Definitely recommend him again, thank you!

We had the work done last summer and they did a good job.  It was money worthwhile.  They did a very nice job on the tile work and cabinets.  They did a good job on basement waterproofing and we recommended them on that.  It was just a prolonged job because of the bad weather.  They were a little bit below with the others and did an excellent job.  About basement waterproofing they were top notch.
