    I like the fact that they got the repair done quickly. I haven't had any problems with it since, so they did the job right the first time. I think it was a fair price. They did it really fast. I didn't have any trouble at all.

    I heard about Borche's from a friend of a friend and decided to go there to get some front end work done on my 1999 Lincoln Continental. After being told by a dealership that my front lower ball joints, tie rods, and sway bar links were bad, my dad and I proceeded to do a bit of the work ourselves. While the tie rod replacement was easy (minus one little piece, more on that later), the ball joints on 1998-2002 Continentals / Sables / Tauruses are notoriously difficult to do without special tools and a lot of patience.
    I initially called Borche's to get a quote. Not only was their quoted price very competitive with other shops in the area, but Bob was ne of the few mechanics I talked to who fully understood the amount of work that the job would entail. Coming into the garage, my car was in rough shape ? ball joints firmly rusted in place, a battery that barely held a charge, and a piece that had fallen out of the tie rod boot (which I assumed to be a breather tube that connected the two tie rods together).
    The staff at Borche's was very professional and kept me well-apprised of where my car was at in the repair process. Despite the obscene amount of work it ended up taking to get the ball joints loose, they stuck to the quoted price. Bob also replaced my battery while they had it in the shop, and connected the tie rod piece ? which actually turned out to be a much more important component, and took more work to get back in place than I had assumed. They use high-quality parts with good warranties.
    All told, I was very satisfied with the service I received at Borche's, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to them, or recommend them to friends. Bob and his team did an excellent job.

    They quoted me $600+ to replace the ignition switch and reprogram the 2 keys for the new switch.
    I was suspicious of the high cost so I called Village Auto less than a mile down the road. Village came by and picked up my car from the dealership, towed it to their place, replaced the entire switch, reprogrammed two keys for $125.00.
    Hamilton lost all my business since then.

    It went great. Our Salesman was very efficient and prompt.  He sold us only what we were looking for and nothing more or less.  He was professional and courteous.  Our salesman was really busy the day we went to sign the deal.  And originally we were supposed to come back later in the day to sign the final papers.  However, he called us about 2 hours later and said you can come in right now and finish up.  So we did and drove away in our new car. We were very please and would use this dealership again.

    They are quite close to me. I went to them because my daughter went to them and she knows one of the owners. It was a referral from her. She was happy with the service and I’ve been happy so far. Around the beginning of the year, I bought tires. I’ve had brake work done. Everything has been fine. I also know them from going in there. I haven’t felt I’ve been taken advantage of. They are close, drove me home and picked me back up.

    He went out to the school where my son works and picked up his car to take it back to the shop to work on it.  He also returned the car when he was done with the repair work.  He did a good job and did exactly what he said he would.  He also gave a recommendation for a smog check as he is not licensed to do it.

    They did a good job but my only complaint was that they did not empty out the canister that the filter goes in.   I found some small debris and seeds in the holder for the filter when I was working on my car after they had worked on it.

    He was delayed from the weather, had tried a couple times to get over..finally made it.  Nice man, expected more with the hard areas ,like the car mats, was not able to clean them well only seemed to have a steamer..
    Windows were rushed in my opinion, they were not exceptionally cleaned..Took 2 to 3 hours to do the work, by himself.  Could have used some help.   Maybe he worked too h****** the interior, it was exceptionally cleaned.  no worries.  had to remove some things I had left behind he found, so that may have taken more time. 
    Did a good job, would use them again in a pinch..Not sure they did better than the big names like Jacs Carwash etc or the dealership.

    Everything was great. I was referred here by one of my friends that has been using this place for quite some time. I dropped my jeep off for originally just an oil change. When I went to pick it up, they explained to me that my tires were in bad shape and even showed me wear and tear on them. I felt that they were being honest and I appreciated that so I just decided to purchase my tires with them as well. If I ever need any further work done on my jeep I would feel comfortable to bring my jeep back here.

    That was great. Everything was fantastic. It was actually purchased as a gift for my father. They met the appointment. They came to his house. They were very courteous. They did a fantastic job of the service that needed performed. I believe it was their personal service and communication back and forth while on site because he is retired so he was there the whole time and they were very courteous about that.
