    Body work was fine but the rear sliding door tracking was damaged while in for service. Someone caught a tool on the tracking tearing wires which we're hanging down, disconnected when I went to pick it up, and the tracking harness was literally in pieces,.
    I immediately brought this to the attention of Luke who prompt
    Y denied any responsibility.
    I returned a few days later with a man who had unloaded the car for me the evening before I took it in for service and he told them, as a witness for me, that he opened and closed that door a number of times and that there was NO problems with the door.
    They again denied any responsibility and said that they could fix it but I would have to pay for it.
    I told them that the car had had new brakes installed the Friday before I brought it in and that the mechanic who worked on it ALSO saw no problem with the door.
    Luke actually lied to me and told me this harness/tracking system was so poor that there was a re-call on it and I should check with Chrysler. I called to check on this while he was there in front of me and quickly learned there was no recall and he had lied to me.
    The owner of Autometric, Brian, heard our voices being raised and came out to investigate. He looked at the tracking , which was in pieces, and immediately said NO we didn't do this, and refused to discuss it any further.
    The repair on this is $288.00 dollars to repair. A repair needed because of someone's mistake at Autometric.
    Besides myself, I have the word of two witnesses- one a respected mechanic in the community, and one from the gentleman who had actually recommended Autometric to me. All three of us are NOT liars.
    I have been treated with disrespect, LIED to, and now am spending the better part of $300 to correct THEIR damage!
    I would never ever recommend them to anyone!

    Everything was conducted with excellent attention - from getting the estimate the estimate, to dropoff, and pickup.  Because of the nature of the damage, they could not do a thorough estimate of damage until they could open the hood.  We decided against doing that as the hood might not close safely and I would not be able drive the vehicle until they could get it into the shop. 
    Appointment was set for dropoff and they called rental car company to pick me up from their location.  After the estimated time they advised for completion, I called and they said there was additional damage and parts had to be ordered so it would be an additional few days needed to complete the repairs.
    HWen I came to pick up my vehicle, we inspected the job and there were some minor adjustments needed for the fit on the hood.  They completed the adjustments as I waited.  Overall, the repair work was excellent.  They even touched up a few spots that were not part of the insurance claim for no charge.
    I would strongly recommended B&B for any repairs needed on your vehicle.

    We have used Collex in the past and knew what to expect. Everybody there is knowledgeable and personable, from the front desk back to the garage personnel. They explain the whole process up front when you first go in for an estimate, and you can watch the actual progress of the work online from home as it's being done. They got the job done when promised, the quality of the work was excellent, and I have recommended them often to friends. Had a recent mishap in a parking lot sometime in the past few days and called them this morning to go back for work (that's what made me think to add this post now for the work I had done in '08). I have full confidence that they will handle this repair as expertly as the last one, and I never thought of going anywhere else. You can trust this shop.

    The whole process went very well. Mr. Jay Prewitt made the entire process painless. He called with regular updates on the status of my repaair. The work was done ahead of schedule with high quality & within the quote/budget.. He knew more about my policy perks than I did. He even arranged the rental car for me that was within my coverage limits. I will use them again for the minor repairs as well as insurance clams.

    They provided a loaner to me for 2 days AND had the work day quickly. They did a heck of a job and even cleaned and polished it all up inside and out. They had a lot to do to it and I was very impressed that it was done as quickly as it was. Everyone I worked with were very easy to work with and very nice.

    They were very close to my residence. I called and they were friendly and polite. I took it in on Friday and asked how long it would take and if they had any loners. They said at least a day and a half, no loaners but would drive me home. I took it in at 7:00am Monday, someone was there and had a driver take me home. They called at 9:30 on Tuesday, said the car was done and they would pick me up and bring me to the shop. Twenty minutes later they picked me up. The car was done, insurance paid for it all and they washed and vacuumed the car for me. They were very polite and did an excellent job.
