AJim was prompt, knowledgeable, and communicative, figured out a creative way to get circuit in without re-trenching a line from the house, and took care of all contacts with consumers energy, city permits, and inspection. First class work, neat and professional. Because of Consumers delay it took a few weeks longer than expected but Jim kept us informed and near the top of his job queue. Super job.

BIt went pretty good. I was quoted the price of $1500 - $2500 to take my 100 amp service from 100 to 200. They never came to the house to inspect the job... they based the price off of the pictures they had me send them. They said 3-4 hrs to do the work.. ended up being 5+. They said it was more difficult then they thought and charged me the full $2500. Brought the wrong box the first time and didnt have all the tools to do the job. Box cover was defective and they came right back and fixed it right way.
