My husband and I are very happy with the work and professionalism by Walls N All Painting. Chris was our painter and he was on-time every day, cleaned up spotless, and paid attention to detail. Not only was the work impeccably done but we had four quotes and Walls N All Painting was significantly less. So, we had great work done at a great price. Shane, the owner gives a detailed quote. You know exactly what you are paying for. We will definitely hire Walls N All Painting for our next painting project.

    Walls N All Painting LLC
First off, the owner wanted 10% up front. That was fine until he figured this 10% off an estimate several hundred dollars more than agreed upon. When I brought this to his attention, he backed off his errant figure. But that was a red flag that should have alerted me to end our relationship and look elsewhere. Second, the communication from the owner was abysmal. He preferred to talk via text messages and he appeared to play games. I would ask a question and he would ignore it. I'd ask it again and he would further ignore it. The one question that I am thinking of is regarding the type of paint. He initially stated that he used one of two different paints. After some research, I let him know which paint I preferred. Four times I had to ask him before he gave me a straight answer. More than this, his responses were sometimes rude and sarcastic. We agreed upon a start date. He then changed that date to a few weeks later. Within that time, I also had to make a change for the starting date. His response was rude and unprofessional, asking something along the lines of if I had finally made up my mind. I also recall just before he was to start the job that he called and told me he was going to be there the next day to powerwash. Well, we had agreed on another day to start work and I wasn't going to be home at the new time that was given with only a day's notice. I recall writing him and telling him that I absolutely did not want him to start at a time when I wasn't going to be there. His response was a mocking use of the word 'absolutely' that I had used. I felt like I was dealing with an teenager who had nothing better to do than play word games. More than this, he seemed to think he was the owner of our property and that he was going to cut us out of the decision making loop. That was not going to happen with us, it did not happen with us, and I suspect that angered him (by the nature of the responses I received in his texting). During the time set aside to do the job, it rained twice. Not my fault - not his fault. But he had every intention of painting within a few hours of the rain. So I was the one who had to csll him and make the decision not to paint wet wood. He should have done this. And because he had a schedule to keep regarding other work, he rushed our job through. I don't think he had much care of the quality of the work, aside from the cursory aesthetics. We had this work done during a very hot part of the summer. The temps at noon were often over 90 degrees and the humidity in the 80s. The painter could have arrived at 7 or 8am and cut out early in order to get the work done at the recommended temperature/humidity. Instead, he arrived between 9 and 930am and this created problems about painting in high heat/high humidity in the afternoon. I don't care much when work is begun but it rubbed me the wrong way when we got to the end of the week and they had to rush because it was too hot/humid to work into the late afternoon on the earlier days of the week. I normally get 3 estimates. In this case, I got just the one. That was my fault. But from what I found immediately afterwards, the job was priced too high. He did trade off not painting the gutters and downspouts (which we did not want painted) for the labor of replacing the trim boards. But we still overpaid. Again, my fault but had I got my other two estimates, he would not have worked for me. He's got a slick initial presentation. But for us it was downhill from then on. The quality of the workmanship seemed good until the last day. It was then that they added another painter and finished the job in half a day. The work was supposed to be done in 5 business days. They did it in 3 1/2 work days. Since the work was done a few months ago, my second hobby has been to go around the house and touch up where painting was missed. As best as I can figure, most of the issues occurred on that last day. I had to go around with one of the painters two times to correct work that wasn't done properly before they left on that last day. The problem is that I could not see all the issues at that time. It's very hard to go through a job of this size with a fine tooth comb within a few minutes. So I have been touching up work done 3 months ago. And there is plenty of other work that I will not be able to detect because it is at a height or angle that I cannot reach. After they finished the job and left, I found a number of nails around the house (from the trim board replacement). Also, paint smears on a couple of windows. Again, most of this seems to have occurred on that final day. We could have called and asked them to come back out. But honestly, this was a headache that we just wanted to go away. But actually did call him the next day. A piece of wood was left on the roof of the house. I called and received no response. So I got it down myself. I wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to let it go. But after painting again this past weekend, I felt I had to make a statement here. Had someone provided this sort of review, we would have looked elsewhere and we would have been saved a headache. I hope that this gives others pause for using this company. I'll add this. In looking back over this experience and listening to what is often investigated in the news, I tend to think that this guy saw 2 senior citizens as easy marks - as people that would allow him to run roughshod over us and accept whatever he said. He appeared to be more concerned with the job to be started after our house. We paid the job in full and at the times we agreed upon. But we would never hire this company again nor would we recommend them.

    Leo's Painting LLC
Leo did an excellent job.  I got several quotes and he was the most competitive.  That, in addition to the excellent reviews made this an easy selection.
He arrived on time and got the job done when he said he would.  He did a great job.  I found a minor item I wanted him to touch up (after I had already paid him) and he showed up right away and took of it.  While he was pressure washing the siding prior to paint he even took the time to clean up the stone work and also clean the windows.
I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone needing excellent paint work at a reasonable price.

The job went perfect. Two people showed as scheduled on Monday to power wash the house. On Wednesday they showed at 8 am to start painting but the rain started so they waited it out for a while and concentrated on the covered porch area. They were back on Thursday at 7am as promised and started the windows and wood siding. The job was finished on Friday by 5pm. They did a wonderful job, my house looks great! The job took 2 1/2 days to complete with a full crew. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up before leaving and were all very nice.

Paid for a gutter cleaning upfront on Angie's List, set up the schedule for 3 different dates with the calendar provided in the Angie's List system and never got a phone call to tell me they couldn't make any of those dates. I then called to find out the they couldn't make it out to the 27th. I agreed to that date or I wanted my funds returned so I could get someone else to do the job, it's now the 28th and I don't have clean gutters or my money back!!!

Patrick and I walked around the house while he explained his procedure and products he used. I pointed out spots that needed extra attention. After Patrick finished I asked if he could clear the down spout of the gutter on my shed. He took care of that also. He was very professional and thorough. I will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I talked to Dennis last year around May 2012 at which time he quoted the job for my home.  I explained to Dennis I would be looking to complete the job the following year 2013 around the same time.
I contacted Dennis as promised this year.  He honered the quote he provided me last year!
We communicated via email and he was very responsive.  When they started the job he had a team of about five.  They were respectful, timely, and hardworking.
There was more wear and tear from the birds pecking holes in the soft wood and living inside my exterior walls.  Dennis did not charge me anything extra.  He even upgraded the paint because the original quoted was discontinued and still didn't charge me extra.
My home is beautiful.  It looks as if it was just newly built.  My neighbors were so stuned by the transformation, they immediately came over to talk to Dennis and his team.  I couldn't have hired anyone better.  I wish I could have paid them more.  I did request his services for interior painting and restoration for my basement walls and trim/base, as well as my greatroom.  I would highly recommend MHI PAINTING & RESTORATION LLC!
They are busy so make your appointments now!!
