I called him to fix my hot tub. I called a couple days ago. He was on your list. I already had a hot tub person out here and who I normally work with. He came out to fix some jets. I paid this guy $300 and it still wasn’t working and had been working before. I called Chris, he said it was $90 to look at it. It was tripping my breaker. I talked to Chris and he said he could come Friday. I made the appointment. The other came out in the mean time and fixed it last night. Chris came out and started working on it this morning without letting me know he was here. He took the cover off and was filling my tub. That’s what woke me up is I heard the water running. He was sitting in his truck. He said, why is your tub ½ full. He asked why I didn’t call. I said I didn’t have his number and worked late last night. WE started walking back to it. His mat was covering a part. He grabbed his tools and took off and didn’t put the door back on. The whole side of the hot tub is off. I tried to contact him and he ignored my call.

We accepted the job when the customer contacted us and told us that her breaker was tripping. We told her that we would be at her house Friday morning between 9-10am. We arrived at approx 9:15am. We went into the backyard and found that not only was the breaker tripped but the spa was almost empty. It was also noted that the service panel of her spa had already been removed. I used her hose and filled her spa which took about 30mins. After spa was filled I began an inspection of the spa components. Since the customer had not yet come outside I went to my truck to call her. She did not answer after 3 attempts. She came out on porch and I asked her why the spa was empty. Her reply was "Who are you?" I said I'm from Hot Tub Repair. She then said "Oh, my other guy came yesterday, the spa is fine now." I asked her if she called our office to cancel and she said no. I went to the spa, got my tools and put the side panel back against the spa as it was when I arrived. I then left and did not charge her for the time we spent there. We always ask customers to please call us if they need to cancel because we have busy and tight schedules and other customers waiting. Customer did call me but I was on the phone speaking with the next customer on that day's list. She left a vulgar filled message and I felt it was best that I didn't return her call after listening to the rude, vulgar filled message. I left the spa just as I found it with the exception of filling it up for her which she did not even know it was empty. She told me it was all set and working. How did she know that the side panels weren't off of the spa if she didn't even know that the spa was empty?? All we ask is that customers call us if they want to cancel or re-schedule. We understand that things come up and situations change but at least call us so we don't drive 22 miles just to be called names and have a bad review written about us. We do apologize if there was any misunderstanding between us and you.
