They are, I swear, the best providers ever. I can call anytime, and they will answer my questions. If they don't have the answer, they will always get back to me. I was in the hospital for nine days a year ago in February, and they took care of the whole thing. The only thing I had to pay was my copay. I love them. I have COPD, and they send me brochures probably once every three months that tells me how to treat it. I can't say enough about this health company. It's wonderful.

    Priority Health
They have been an excellent company to work with. Whenever we have had billing issues or coverage questions, we have received prompt and very professional contact from them. Their employees are very knowledgeable and it shows that they truly care about their customers.

I found very good IHS help through Angie's List after seeing your List on T.V. and found Mr. Mike a very helpful, supportive consultant.

I called the 800 number. Was only transfered once. It took about 10 minutes on the phone. Got a notice of coverage in email this week.

    Aetna Inc
Overall I do not have any major complaints about Aetna, but I am not thrilled by the coverage that I receive for the amount of money I pay. Prescription drug coverage is probably the worst part of our Aetna plan. Aetna has partnered with CVS and there is not a CVS in the town that I live in. This causes us to have to pay more than other Aetna subscribers for our prescription drugs. I have not had trouble with Aetna denying a claim or failing to pay a provider.

They have an AARP affiliation.  They provide a pretty good discount for belonging to a large association.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield have given us good service and never gave us problems. We will continue service with them.

    AARP Medicare Plans
It has gone pretty well. Staff friendliness has always been good. They are much, much better than Blue Cross. When I call them, I get somebody to talk to right away. They've always come through for me.

They are okay for an insurance company. They do update online pretty promptly. It's an easy company to deal with as far as finding a doctor because they service so many different doctors and then what I do like is the fact that whenever I have the explanation of benefits I guess it's what it's called, they explain what the original charge was and my portion of it and anything else that pertains to that particular call. I can access it online quite easily. The communication is mostly online.
