    Suburban Basement Waterproofing
It went horribly. They were very pushy to get the work started. They said they could do the work without me being home, which wasn't true. I needed to be home so I could let two inexperienced guys in to do the work. They left a bunch of soil in the front of the house.

    Atlantic Coast Waterproofing Inc

Everything went great!  I've had a wet basement since 1997.  When I go in the basement now, everything is different.  It feels and smells dryer.

The solution that Atlantic Coast used was much more comprehensive and less expensive than the solutions offered by the other companies that gave me estimates.

    Complete Service Restoration
Ron and Dan were very professional.  I am in the process of selling the home and actually live out of state now.  I had a list of items I wanted to fix / repair included some mold removal due to a broken window seal.  I also asked them to provide me their thoughts about other items worth fixing with the purpose of aiding in selling the home quicker.  They provided a list of items with a clear explanation of why each item was being recommended and a detailed estimate.  They were clear about timing of the project and work was completed on time.  My realtor tells me the house looks great and I will be heading out there soon to check it out myself.  I am very pleased this was able to be coordinated all while I was 500 miles away.
Could I have gotten some of the services a little cheaper if I went with a local handyman, etc?  Probably but I wanted to emphasize quality and respected the honest opinions they provided.  They would be one of the first people I contact if there is other work needed on the home.

    Corrective Systems - America
Kyle provided outstanding service! He honored the lifetime warranty from another Corrective Systems provider's work done in 1994. There was never any discussion about additional cost. He was prompt, polite, completed the repair, cleaned up and left with: "Call me again if you have any problems."
    WOW! Real honor and service!
The 'big guys' in the basement waterproofing business don't know about Corrective Systems.  Perhaps this 'little guy' simply provides honest quality service without the advertising budget and hype.  You decide.

Project was started 12/13/13, when it was bitter cold outside. I questioned the office staff and the guys that showed up to do the job and they said no problem with the cold.  After several hours and running out of filler the guys said they couldn't continue, it was too cold. "Could not lift portion of contract due to weather".  We were told they used the whole quoted alotment of filler stated on the quote.  We were told they would reschedule first thing in the spring to complete the job.  In late December I noticed several new cracks that resulted  from not completing the job. These cracks were in sections that did not need to be lifted, nor did they have any cracks in them until the sections next to them were lifted.  My husband emailed and called the FSM several times starting in late Dec and Jnauary.  He called the salesman, the service rep AND the manager of the above. Never received a repsonse from anyone. Completion of job was then scheduled for April11, 2014 by office staff, who said they knew nothing of our emails and phone calls. When the crew came out we were told that we would need to pay more money ($800) to complete the job as they used their alotment of filler in Dec. Since we were surpirsed and highly upset about this news a manager was sent out and we were told the same thing.  The question I never got answered was from him was " if a customer is given a quote, how does a company come back and charge more for a job they bid on?"  They are the experts and thus their staff should be able to quote a job accurately.  If in doubt quote high and then tell the customer they get a refund to their agreed upon quote. To say they had no idea how deep they had to fill would lead me to believe they shouldn't be in business. And to quote a bid so low and then ask for 50% more in funds is criminal. I wouldn not recommend them to anyone and feel their customer service all around was lacking greatly. They do claim " that additon cracsk may occur during the repair/lifting process".  But we were led to belive by our salesman that would be in the areas that were already damaged and in need of repair, not sections of cement in perfect condition, needing no repair.

Brent was very quick to repond to the message I left and was able to come out to check out my problem the same day. He was very professional and helped me understand the root cause of the issue. Although he confirmed I do need extensive work to replace the underground drain, I felt comfortable and confident in his assessment.

Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

Three walls of unfinished basement had three cracks and numerous leaks from rusting tie rods (my 20 years of ignoring!).  The drainage line from house sump pump thru back yard to water drainage line had failed.  They replaced line, but took a different route thru basement to a new connection to city's line, having not been able to find original connection--works fine now with their new sump pump.  The water leaks required manual excavation down to basement's exterior drain tile which required pressure clean out of the tile on three sides of house, then exterior sealing of four basement wall sections and building four window wells, small stone drainage sites around house.  About a dozen interior, rusting tie rod leaks were sealed.  It has just passed the worst flooding in the area's past in August 2014 without a leak!  The sump pump system performed.  As a smaller company, it was helpful that I was home to review work, answer questions, approve changes and additions, and get the pizza for lunches (a hard working bunch in August heat).  They needed additional direction in sod replacement from sump line cuts and you need to walk the job with a supervisor when completed.  They did additional work at no cost recutting and replacing an expanded area of patio pavers.  The owner was always reachable by phone and responsive for scheduling and visiting the site.  Troy was onsite for tapping into their drainage line.  An additional wood bracing along basement wall-ceiling interface proved useful for rehanging peg boards, etc., once I painted the walls ($500).

Provided outstanding service! I'm in the process of selling this home, and currently living 250 miles away. Company agreed to meet with my Realtor for the inspection and the repairs, and trusted me to send a check for the estimated cost. An additional issue was found and corrected at the same time; again trusting me to send a check in the additional amount. They were absolute lifesavers! Very responsive, excellent communication. I highly recommend them.
