AC replacement last year went fine. Will know for sure once warmer weather hits whether I'd change my opinion. Was told the missing rubber isolator only came as part of a new radiator to the tune of $820+ I knew for a fact the rubber isolator had a separate GM part number and I could buy it online at GM Parts Direct for $7.00 They told me have fun putting it in.

AC compressor replacement went well but their price on the compressor ($816) was very high (twice what I could have bought it online for). They told me it would be$844 to replace the rubber isolator for the radiator since the isolator was an integral part of the radiator and therefore the radiator had to be replaced. A total lie. I knew I could buy the isolator for $7.00 from GM Parts Direct the next day and it took less than 1/2 hour to install. The smart Alek asst. service mgr. told me to have fun installing it as I left the stealership.

All prices are high when it comes to vehicles.  I will be taking advantage of one good thing.  The dealer that left the dealership that I leased my previous vehicle for, he will come to my job, pick up my vehicle and take it to get a oil change.  I don't have to go there; I don't have to sit around and wait around.  They will do that while I'm at my job and they will have that vehicle back before the end of the day.  That's one of the key reasons I went there.

    Suburban Buick of Troy
While they were doing the oil change they informed me that they had to do some software updates on my vehicle as well. The first time he failed, it took him twice, so I actually waited for more than an hour and a half for an oil change, and he managed to get everything done and updated. The waiting area is decent. Anything but water you have to pay for. They could be more aware of the procedure that they are doing, or if they need to update their software, then I would hope it will be professional the first time not the second time. They just inform me when I'm at the dealership.

    Belle Tire
It took about four hours, it was done in the time they said, and they did a great job. I check on consumer reports, they were very competitive. They were near the lower end. We don't have any problems with Belle Tire. They told me when they would take me, and they did.

We have five Ford cars, and have been going there for twenty years. Service is outstanding. If there is any issues, they will contact for what is going on. They will tell you how long it will take. We like the sales, and service. Professionalism, honesty, and courteousness. Their technicians are well trained, and well informed. Their sales is exceptional.

    Curts Service Inc
The final work was great. On time on cost targets. They did a full, work up of my car w. suggested maintenance. It was also noted that my oil was dangerously low so we added an oil change to the deal. I was very happy with my visit to Curt Service. Overall the workmanship is top notch and I think the price points are a little above median but not out of bounds.

They’re real good. They take care of your vehicle for free when you buy a new vehicle. They give you free oil changes. I drive new vehicles, so I don’t usually have trouble. But the car from this guy called Greg Schilt, and he is the best salesman in the city. Workers were professional, courteous and confident.

    Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Took my 2015 dodge pro master in to get the oil changed and before I could get it there it started running rough. When I talked to the service guy he said they would look at and the whole time they made it out that well you didn't tell us about this problem and we will get to whenever. FYI I'm a business link customer and we get priority next spot in line for service well they didn't even look at the car for another day later then when they did look at it they don't even know how to fix it the engineers said maybe the pcm and well that part is on back order for 3 weeks they have had my work van now for 2 weeks they will not get me a loaner car and they are supposed to its in the business link contract they push on contractors to buy these POS VANS THAT ARE IN THE SHOP ALL THE TIME IT ONLY HAS 17000. SO FOR SOMEBODY THAT DEPENDS ON THERE VEHICLE TO MAKE MONEY AND SURVIVE GOLLING COULD CARE LESS AND WHEN WE BUY ANOTHER WORK VAN IT WILL NOT BE A DODGE THE SERVICE PEOPLE ALWAYS TREAT THE CUSTOMER TERRIBLE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS DEALER OR ANYOTHER DODGE DEALER THEY ALL SUCK BUYER BEWARE THE CARS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON THEY BREAK DOWN ALL THE TIME.......

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy
Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Troy, MI sets a high bar for dealerships in metro Detroit. From sales to service, I've been treated very well. During the 14 years I'd owned my previous Grand Cherokee, ownership had changed hands from Daimler to Fiat. I was worried about whether the level of service I'd grown accustomed to had remained the same. In fact, it has greatly improved. it is more customer-oriented than ever, very efficient, and friendly. Five stars.
