FTREND WINDOW & DESIGNWe had had smoke damage in our home and were referred to Trend windows. They came out to the house two separate times. The first time they took some measurements discussed what we needed and told us they would call with quotes and also that they would order and replace a piece that was missing from one of our blinds that the cleaning crew had lost while remediating the smoke damage. I never heard from Andy after that. Because this was all going through our insurance, I thought that I had to go with the recommendation. So several months later I called them again and they apologized for “dropping the ball” And promised to call back and make an appointment to come out and remeasure the blinds. When they came, they were very friendly and took all of the measurements of all of the blinds that we needed. Andy told me he would personally contact our insurance company and make sure they knew what we needed and take care of all of those things and call me and let me know what our next step would be. Again, it has been several months and I have called twice, and have received no call back. So we are going to use someone else. I would not Recommend this company.- Karyn W.

ATHE NEW ENGLAND HOUSE DOCTORI flew in from out of town to coordinate much needed repairs for a family member. I was lucky enough to find Roland by using Angie's List. He began the next day and completed an amazing number of tasks in a short period of time. The fact that these repairs were all done with a famiy of five living there, makes it even more incredible how much was accomplished. I would recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to call him again.- Barbara S.

ABUSTER'S BLINDSI was satisfied with price and service. The company did not try to sell me more than I needed when the job was estimated. Installation with flawless and prompt, and care of the blinds was clearly explained. Installation of three blinds took only about 45 minutes because measurements were accurate and the installers had the proper equipment to do the job. I would recommend Buster's Blinds without qualification.- Judith L.

DTREND WINDOW & DESIGNTheir measurements were slightly off so now some of the blind pulleys that keep the cords in place interfere with the operation of the blinds. Of course, since they only brought enough pulleys for about half our order, this was not immediately obvious. It took Trend three months to return to install the rest of the pulls. We called them every two weeks during this period. Every call involved them telling us they were just about to call us. Right. What blind installer doesn't have handfuls of hardware to deal with these issues. Our first house went only slightly better as several of our blinds needed repair after their installation. It wasn't easy to get Trend back but when they did show up, they did a good job. While we would like to recommend them, in the end, we simply can't.- Greg D.

AQuote was similar to other companies. Complete Auto Glass came out the next day, and replaced the windshield on my car and my husband's car. Art was courteous, professional, and did a great job! He arrived on time, got the work done, and everything was clean and neat afterwards.

FThe installation crew had an inexperienced person who installed a window improperly. There was a big rain and the window leaked causing damage to my family room ceiling. The supervisor insisted it was not the window that caused the damage but immediately wanted to fix the window. He refused to pay for the damage even though the building inspector said the window was at fault. After much arguing and threatening I did receive a check for damages. I would not deal with this company again. Pay a little bit more because you get what you pay for.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
