    I purchased a home with Nick Acosta of Lipply Real Estate and I used Jody Kaufman of Lipply Real Estate to manage the rental of the home for over 5 years. Jody then handled the subsequent listing and sale of the property. I was VERY pleased with all aspects of their services. Nick's selection of homes to view, his enthusiasm on a long day of viewings, and his tuning in to our taste in a potential home were VERY good! All paperwork and contracts on time and correct through all of the dealings. Jody's response to tenant requests for services/repairs prompt and he handled sub contracting for any services needed. His contractors were reasonably priced and prompt. IF I am in the position to purchase another home in their area or need property management; no doubt Jody or Nick of Lipply RE are my choice.

    We interviewed several soft water companies for the work we wanted done before settling on Owens. Jerry Gaca came to our home to look at our existing water filtration system and give us his thoughts on the best solution for us. He was very informative and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. While he was there, he gave us other ideas (a better filter suggestion that we could install ourselves) as well as thoroughly explaining our entire filtration and soft water set up.

    We had a reverse osmosis system installed in our lower level and a supply line to the kitchen sink and refrigerator ice maker. Curt, the installer, was on time and professional.

    The initial install had a hiccup but when I took a video of the water flow to the faucet and sent it to Jerry (at 6:05 am no less), Jerry answered within 10 minutes and said he would send the technician back. Yesterday, we had the small issue fixed and we couldn't be happier with the result.

    We would very definitely use Owens again based on this high touch, high customer satisfaction service and recommend them to others.

    My cycle couldn't be fixed for a reasonable would have needed at least 2 hours of labor ,plus parts,so I told Dave the.manager to hold up and I would try to find one at goodwill..garage , sales,etc..but if I couldn't I would call him back.he did not charge me for a service call ?. He was very nice and I would recommend his shop. I plan to go in and make a purchase to repay himself

    I spent a couple weeks working on a logo in Paint. That's how tech savvy I am. I thought I was good to go, but after I sent it to Anthony over at Motivo Media he gave me his honest opinion. I decided to have his company redesign my logo in addition to a new website. After the website was complete Anthony spent the time needed to teach me how to update the site on my own. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and when the site was done he mailed me a laminated copy of the logo I originally made with the heading "remember where you started." Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

    Awesome Service!
      I was having problem getting my boat started.  I got Jerry's number for Craigslist.  I called him last Sunday morning.  I was surprised he answered right away. He was working on a job for a customer in Cadillac.  He stopped by later that afternoon and took a look at my boat.  I had already done some troubleshooting on my own and was nearly certain it was stator.  Jerry tested it with multimeter and confirmed that the stator was infact shot. The arrangements we made is that I would order the part and he would charge $120 to install it.  Since, I was going to be a way for a couple weeks and really wanted to get this fixed asap, I had the part delivered to his office.  We kept in constant communication over the week.  The part arrived  and he installed it today.
    He sent me about 6 pics showing the motor running and we had a nice talk over the phone.  He offered to come out when I get ready to launch the boat for the season, to make sure there are no issues.
    Jerry's a good guy to know.  He answers the phone right away, responds to emails, and is very professional and courteous.  Aside from working on outboards he also does small engine repair and welding and fabricating.  
    I plan on keeping his number on file and will be using his services in the future.

    Very happy with the results. I needed a few print materials for a promotion and also new business cards. I discussed my idea with Motivo Media and they came back with a few options to choose from. From there we made my favorite choice perfect. Will definitely continue to use the company for any design work.

    Charter. has the tendency to reconfigure my email account without my knowledge. At least twice in the past year the have changed the settings on my email account. They claim they cannot do anything with a 3 person provider. As far as I know my provider is Charter. However my son-in-law who works with computers was able to re-set my account so that I can get my email. Now they have done it again and they only thing they tell me is to go on line to get my email. Calling my son-in-law again to solve the problem. Charter was polite but said that the problem is with my computer and I can find no evidence that is the case.
