I was participating in a neighborhood agreement for backflow services. First there was a rescheduling of services, then an email stating days they would be in our subdivision. I had significant personal extenuating circumstances ( a recent death) and I also needed some assistance. I called the business and was basically patronized and told that I - and several other neighbors - had missed their services. The business was still servicing the neighborhood the next day - within the time frame of our agreement. However, I was told the owner could not stop by my house, even if I were home. He would have to come to my house - and several other neighbors, after the weekend and we would be charged a significant additional charge, each! There could be no concession because he was "so busy." My expression of dissatisfaction was totally dismissed. I have never been treated so poorly and without regard by a company. They are too busy for good customer service.

I took my business elsewhere. I found this company's contact person to be inflexible and not consumer friendly. I feel they took advantage of a neighborhood agreement. Very poor customer service.

We bought a foreclosure which had a number of plumbing issues that Bob corrected. He is great. I would use him again.

He installed a water heater, dishwasher and repaired the leaking tub.

Long Lake Plumbing came over and fixed an outdoor faucet for me because there was a leak.

He was really nice. He was great. I have used him twice and he was great both times. He came fast. He did a great job and I think he was very reliable. So, I would certainly recommend him. The second time I got him, he was already in a job somewhere and he came right away. The first time, I remember that he came out not more than a day or so. It is not cheap up here in Northern Michigan, but I think his prices were reasonable.

My toilet kept running because the arm which supported the float stopped working. When I tried to manually raise the arm to stop the toilet from running, a piece broke off.

Bob Walters (the owner) was very prompt in returning my phone call. The arm broke on a Friday and he was kind enough to come over after his regular work day hours and repair my toilet so that I wouldn't have to spend all weekend manually shutting the water off and on. He did an excellent job, had it fixed in a jiffy and charged me at his regular hourly rate.

They repaired an outside faucet and an inside pipe connection that broke.

He is an excellent plumber and I am very happy with him. He is fair in price and he's efficient. He is here when he says he will be. He works very fast and he doesn't drag the time out. He knows what he is doing and he is excellent. I have used him before. I would absolutely use him again.
