For the most part they were very timely, but I did have to wait a few weeks once when they got very busy during the summer with tree work. They performed their work well and as instructed and cleaned up their mess. They went out of their way to accommodate the needs of my elderly uncle at a fair price. His crew was efficient, courteous and fast. He returned promptly when contacted to fix and adjust sprinklers. Custom manufacturers of of all wood windows - Sashes, Transoms, Single Hung Window Units, Hopper Window Units, Fixed Window Units and Screens for sheds, barns, stables, pool houses, cabins, chicken coops including homes for interior walls. FIt started out well. Showed up on time. There was 2-3 people. They did not finish the job. I talk to Troy, They told me he will be back on Tuesday to finish the job. They ruin my fire pit. They moved some of the logs and they say they will put them back .I not able to put them back, because they are to big to move. There still a stump by my deck that they were to take down. There's big pieces of wood all over my lawn. They were to stack them neatly. Nobody answer the phone. I even texts him and no respond. Their customer service stink. You leave a vm or text and no respond back. I was stupid and paid him an advance. Because everything was going so well. But they need to finish the job I had paid them for.

FHiring this guy Joshua was a complete waste of time and effort. He promised to come 3 times and gave excuses every time as to why he could'nt. I'm sick, flat tire, ran out of gas etc... Finally when he came and was almost done I paid him for the fall clean up and a cord of wood, he left to go get the wood and was never seen from again. Texted back and forth for about a month, nothing but excuses, never finished job I paid him for. Then said he was going to send me money back and never did. Said through text that the reason he didnt is because i didnt talk to him with respect, this is after about 20 excuses, not sure what he expected. He then proceeded to challenge me to come to his house and try to physically take my money back LOL. This guy is a real professional. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I hired him.
