They do not accept credit cards, but they were willing to bill it out over a couple of months. I gave a and quot;cand quot; for costs...because the cost is probably fair (I don't know because I did not get other estimates). It is a lot of money for us...but, I'm sure it is worth it in the end.
They were very efficient and professional. I'm looking forward to lower heating bills in the future.

While he did a professional job and was punctual, I ended up paying about $200 more because he claimed I had less insulation than he thought in my attic.....wish he would have gone up there in person to give me an better idea, but it had to be torn if I would recommend him or not, as I don't know if he was treating me honestly or not.....crew was a little "rough" but they were friendly.

It was flawless!  Don worked with my schedule and was always available personally and electronically within minutes.  Communication was so easy.  The work itself was of the highest level.  They are perfectionists - in the project itself and in leaving everything in perfect order at the end of each day.

They didn't show up for the first scheduled estimate. I had to call them several times before they called me back to reschedule. He showed up this time and then the service was performed promptly when scheduled and the workers cleaned up after themselves. I normally wouldn't have persisted in calling them back for an estimate but several roofers had recommended them and one of them warned me that it can be hard to line them up for appointments but he felt it was worth the effort.

He was great at teaching me about what was possible and what materials would make things more less or expensive or less energy-efficient or less durable.) I don't understand anything about construction, but he helped me figure out what would work best. For example, we spent a lot of time discussing the look I'd get having bead-board paneling half-way up the wall versus going higher. He explained the costs I'd run into with the different sizes, and how to finish it off by putting something on top between the paneling below and drywall above. He also needed to teach me about sub flooring, so I could decide on that and the flooring material. He was able to explain different types and the costs and benefits, in general, of each. Time involved: Work started promptly when he told me he'd be there. He seemed to be able to fit his schedule to when it worked for us. I think there were a couple delays with getting materials for the attic fan, but the project didn't take longer than he said it would. He seemed to be willing to change plans to work on different parts of the project depending on weather and what materials were already on-site. Cleanliness: He hung plastic sheeting to keep the mess in one general area. He tidied and swept up the area at the end of each day.

Great! The guys worked efficiently, cleaned up well after each work day, and were very fussy about doing it right.
