ANelson ContractingMatt, was extremely prompt and polite when speaking to him in the phone & in person. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and the time frame I needed it done by. He stopped by the same day as when I spoke on the phone with him and reviewed what needed to be done. His estimate and time frame were great and would definitely resolve me issues. AAlex DoorsWe purchased a new home that needed lots of repairs. There were 3 garage doors and none were working as they should. Alex Doors promptly responded to my need for an estimate. He evaluated the doors and told me how he could repair them and install 3 new garage door openers that met all the safety requirements. He offered me several options and considered my budget. He was so kind, honest and professional! He told me he would be able to do the work within the week, unless I needed it sooner. Since we are not living in the house, that was fine. Before he left, he adjusted all three doors so they could safely close and be used. That took about 30min. When I asked how much I owed him for that work, he replied...and quot;nothingand quot; and said he would call before returning to complete the rest of the work. He came to fix the doors yesterday...two days earlier than I had expected. Oh, WHAT a DIFFERENCE! They are so quiet. He not only did the job but went above and beyond. He saw problems that I wasn't aware of but would have noticed down the line i.e. when lifting the door, it wouldn't stay in place and fell down and there were no locks to secure the doors in the event of power outage. He also suggested a key pad and programmed it for 3 doors. He gave me 3 new remotes and also programmed each for 3 doors. AGarage Door ServicesThe main spring on our garage door broke, thus not allowing us to open the door. I left a message on Labor Day and they were out the next day to repair it. APrecise Door Systems, LLCCompany arrived on time as scheduled. They were pleasant and friendly and efficient. They worked diligently and their installation was done properly and professionally. They cleaned up their work area and left all the need information on the door, warranty, instructions and door openers in a bag for us. They insured door was operating correctly before they left. AGarage Door ServicesJust after moving into our new home, the spring that opens the garage door broke and we were unable to open our garage door. We contacted Garage Door Services Inc. to give us an estimate and make the repairs. The repair actually cost less than the estimate and we could not be happier. It turns out we have a commercial grade spring on our opener and they had to go to their shop to get the appropriate stock. Mike said he would be here at 8 am this morning and he showed up promptly. AEverything went well. We had chosen a color in advance and the painter Chris even suggested a better color that we actually liked better than what we chose. I was a stickler on clean lines and the painter and supervisor Connor made sure I had clean lines using precise masking. We were very pleased with the result!

FVery negative experience - we contracted to replace a commercial operator which failed in less than 30 days. The repairman told me there was a defective part and there was no warranty. They billed me another $500. and continued to harass me until I paid.
