    Only completed less than half of the job, most of it had to be redone by another company. Didn't respond to multiple text and calls, after 3 months had to hire a second company to complete the job so we could have heat this winter. Left large holes in floor because they ran our of registers to place; said they would come back within a week with the registers but never did. I had to buy them in order to keep my 2 year old from falling through the floor. Then proceeded to send a bill 6 months after the fact and expected payment without itemizing the bill.

    Terrible customer service experience, 8:30 appointment, I finally called them at 10:00, "Sorry he was delayed, I should have called, I will call you with an updated arrival time." 11:36 they finally call to say he is on the way. I asked him what happened, "What do you mean?" You were supposed to be here at 8:30, "I don't do anything at 8:30 but take care of my own customers." What am I?

    Zimmerman Plumbing & Heating Service
    No estimate was given prior to work, then toilet repair occurred. He checked to make sure it flushed but only with the toilet cover off. When cover was replaced the mechanism did not work properly and leaked. I asked for a call back to fix it and my call was not returned. Very unprofessional.

    Norris Heating & Cooling
    The upstairs A/C unit at our lake house stopped working and there seemed to be an issue with the compressor. We had previously used Norris Heating and Cooling to install a new water heater and were happy with the work, so we called Mark about the A/C issue. He came out about a week later to take a look at the system and do the repairs. I also asked him to do a tune up on both A/C units. I had tried to schedule the visit when my neighbor could open the house for him, however, we could not coordinate schedules. Based on my previous experience with Mark, and the fact that we were desperate to get the repair done, we felt comfortable enough giving him access to our key box and he completed the work without us there. He called the day after the repair with an update of what he'd found, the parts that were replaced, etc.
    I don't think they are a large operation and the calls get routed to Mark's cell phone. It is a little tough to schedule things with him, especially if he has a lot of jobs to do, but he is honest and fair. We thought his pricing was VERY reasonable. When he called me with the update, he even suggested that we consider swapping out our thermostat for one of the ones that you can program via your smartphone app so we could cool the house prior to arriving for the weekend. I explained that we had actually purchased one but had trouble installing it because one of the wires didn't seem to be live. Mark said it was probably an easy fix and offered to walk my husband through it on the phone over the weekend, no charge. Mark is a good guy and I am sure we will use him again.

    They installed our furnace and air conditioning unit. They service our units. They are a family owned and local company. They are wonderful people. They are all very honest. They always give me truthful estimates. They are here on time and have someone on call twenty four seven.  They clean up after themselves.

    Rob is very reliable,honest ,and professional.Then about a month
    later,my chimney started leaking,and my living room ceiling was
    dripping inside.I was told in needed some sort of chimney liner,so i
    called Rob on Saturday afternoon,and he was at my house Monday morning
    with every thing needed to fix it. The job was done by early that after
    noon,and it only cost 450.00 for the whole job. I highly recommend any
    one,and every one that needs any heating/a/c work done to give this
    company a call.You will not be disappointed.

    They were on time, worked efficiently and thoroughly. He explained the problem and did exactly what he said he would do. I was previously using a cheaper part, but I would constantly be having repairs once every year. I purchased a more expensive part to fix my furnace that ended up saving me overall.

    Everything was orchestrated very well.
    The sales call went good. The salesman was running late but did call to let us know. The company representative was very thorough in his explanation of the different models, being sure to let us know of the discounts we qualified for, listing everything that would be done and had it all down in writing for us.
    The ductwork needed to be cleaned before the new furnace could be installed. The appointments were scheduled 1 business day apart so the job could be completed in a timely manner.
    We are very happy with the product and the people involved that worked with us.
