    My house is approximately 1600 sq/ft. A small team came to start the tear off on Friday, 5/26/2017. I was told that day the job would be complete by Monday. By the end of the second day it was clear to me that they would not be able to finish by Monday as they just finished removing the shingles off my attached garage and hadn���t even started the rest of the house. No one showed up on Sunday even though they said they would be there to start by 9am. We had some light rain that Monday night and I woke up to two water stains in my newly remodeled kitchen ceiling Tuesday morning. I called Larry, the project manager that works for Arnold���s, and advised him of the leak and I ended up leaving work that day so I could have a meeting with him and the roofing foreman about the leak and the status of the roof. All of the shingles hadn���t been removed and not a single new shingle was on the roof (5 days from the start of the project) at this point. They discovered that the team hadn���t placed the underlayment correctly around a vent and it caused a leak in the kitchen. Easy fix and I offered to fix the drywall in my kitchen. It was easier for me to fix it than to schedule more time off work for someone to be in my house to fix it. The foreman seemed disinterested about my concerns on the status of the roof but guaranteed it would be complete by that Friday. Fast forward to Friday���they ran out of materials and could not get more until the following Monday. I also need to point out that Monday night was the only rain we had since the start of the project so weather was not a factor. I was on the phone almost every other day with the operations center of Arnold���s and Larry with my concerns of the amount of time it is taking and the fact that I had to clean up after the team left every day. I had to reschedule out-of-town family visiting because the project wasn���t done, I would find fists full of nails and staples everyday which is inherit risk to my vehicles and lawn equipment and my 3 �� year old son that played in the yard. All I ever received was deflection from both the Operations Manager and Larry. Everything was ���out of their control���. Monday, 6/5/2017 the roof was finally ���complete���. I returned home from work that day and started inspecting their work. I found a hole punched in my siding above the garage where it connects to the house, rake edges that looked horrible, bright white caulk marks on the front of my house that stands out, holes on the corners of trim, bent and contorted aluminum facing, bent gutters, etc. I am not a roofer but I know what right looks like and this wasn���t close. I had no words that could explain it. There was even underlayment hanging out of the side under the rake edges. The team left the jobsite thinking they did a good job. Somewhere around the same time the Operations Manager gave me the impression that I needed to run all my issues through Larry as she was not willing to elevate my issues to her boss. The days that followed this Larry stopped answering my calls or returning my texts. It turns out he quit the company. About a week later I met the project manager, David, who was taking over my project with Larry gone. David listened to all my concerns and he found an additional dozen or so things that needed to be fixed. Pictures were taken and I was told that everything would be fixed within a week. I left the country for almost two weeks and figured everything would be fixed upon my return. I should be used to this company letting me down. Talked to David and was told the subcontracting team that did my roof has been fired and he has to send someone else to fix my roof. In the end David ended up doing the repairs himself and everything was finally completed on Friday, 7/14/2017 (about 6 weeks since the start). The house finally passed Arnold���s final inspection. Wednesday, 7/19/2017 ��� we had a heavy rain and found a bad leak in our sunroom. I texted David and he was at my house within 20 minutes. He found the issue in the low grade valley above the sunroom and realized at that time he needed to redo the whole area but didn���t have time right then to do it. He temporary patched the area and stated he would return within a week for the permanent fix. Thursday, 8/17/2017 (85 days from the start) ��� another heavy rain and my roof is still not fixed. The water was a steady stream into the sunroom. Hit my TV and all the electronics behind it. I am just thankful that my wife was home to unplug everything right away. That could have easily caused a fire. I can���t imagine what damage it is causing to the wood and everything underneath the roof. Still not sure the long term affect that this will do for the TV either. I called David right away and at this point I was furious. I feel like I have been very patient with this company but fixing my roof is obviously not a priority for this company. He is supposed to be out this weekend to fix it. Even if it does get fixed I feel like I went through **** with this company that no customer should. This project has consumed so much of my own time and energy with zero compensation. You be the judge. I will never use this company again.

    Overall I would give them an A- As far as work goes they did a very nice job. The only reason I docked them was because of some scheduling issues. Most of the issue was weather related and that was unavoidable. I had to call a week later to see when they could get it done and was told January 3rd. Was then called on the 3rd to say it would be the fourth. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. They cleaned up really well after themselves. Price was a tad steep but quality trumps price.

    Not the cheapest quote you will receive for your roof, but the quality is excellent and the job was done very well. Details in their work is great from the chimeny saddle and flashing to the very thorough job cleanup. I would definetely recommend.

    They took over my home for 3 weeks. Had no use of garage or driveway for 3 weeks. Salesman said he'd stop by to see finished work and never did. Debri left around house. Mike too chatty workers showed up late and left early. Removed my hose reels from posts not even attached to house and never put back. Wanted paid yet didn't order right size shutters that didn't get up. Sent me $100 gift card for troubles = not enough. Nobody told me I was going to need to hire a plumber for my faucet . Nobody told me I would need an electrician to fix fixtures that didn't work after Mike left.

    Workers had the most flexible hours I've ever seen for a construction crew, but maybe that's a result of union meddling.
    Asked for estimates for other work, and though I received one for one service, I never received any other contact. As a result, getting the other repairs done will be both more expensive and more difficult to complete.

    We were rescheduled four times, which meant that four times, our own jobs were shifted. My husband works at home, so we were able to accommodate, with some minor shifting of schedules. Our installers had to come back to recaulk the tub because of gaps and also to install the hand-held shower they'd forgotten. When I went to put shelf paper in the newly installed vanity, I discovered a small puddle, which had done some slight damage to the vanity floor; they had incorrectly threaded the drain pipes. My husband adjusted the pipes; I notified Arnold's. The damage was not enough to make an issue out of, but I felt they should be aware. Later that evening, as we spent some quality time in the bathroom cleaning up an unholy amount of drywall dust and carefully scraping the very sloppily applied ��excess caulk off the new granite vanity top, we realized the problem had not been corrected, so I emailed the company to have someone out to fix it. They responded quickly and all seemed well. Until a couple of days later, when we realized the shower was leaking into the basement.��
    Again responding quickly, the project supervisor assessed the situation - improper soldering - and gave instructions to his crew member. Unknown to us, the crew member did not follow instructions and in doing his own thing, he took a chunk out of the new tub as part of his "fix." Granted, not a part that showed, so we weren't even aware of it until the next morning when we realized we still had a leak in the basement. ��The project supervisor ��arrived within about 30 minutes of our call and took care of things.
    Since then we've had more caulk (or lack thereof) issues, dealt with the damage they did to the molding and door frame and have artfully tossed a throw rug over the damage they did to the floor. I didn't notify them of these issues because I do not want them in our home ever again.
    We lost a stupid amount of time from our own work because of Arnold's. With every email of complaint, I copied Jason Arnold. He responded once to say he "understood" our "frustration," but he couldn't trouble himself to apologize for what we had to deal with as a result of the company that bears his name. The supervisor's responsiveness ��is the only reason I didn't give this company failing grades across the board.
    I cannot imagine the circumstances under which we would use or recommend Arnold's in the future.

    The quality of the work was good, but we had a difficult time scheduling. They ended up coming to my home unannounced, which I was very unhappy with. As a result, only the exterior was done, despite me expressing clearly that I only purchased the deal because I wanted the interior done as well.

    Jamie is a pleasure to work with.  Initially I called for a quote and he answered the phone himself, took the necessary information needed to provide an estimate, and sent it via email the next morning.  Even though I really wanted to business with 4 Guys, we took the time to obtain two other estimates.  4 Guys offered not only the most competitive price, but the speediest installation as well as the best warranty. Our complete tear-off and installation was done within just a few hours.  Many neighbors commented on how impressed they were by the efficiency of the crew.  Clean up was good.  We did find some pieces of metal in the yard but I think that is to be expected.  I know they used a magnet to clean up as many nails/metal fragments as possible.  We also had a glitch with our gutters that was quickly handled by Jamie.  Our gutter dividers were inadvertently thrown away during the tear-off, so he had a gotter company fabricate new ones for us.  Apparently there was some miscommunication between Jamie's project manager and the gutter fabricator which caused a delay in our receiving the new dividers.  When I made Jamie aware that we were still without them during the torrential rains we were receiving, he saw to it that the problem was taken care of immediately.  The next day Jamie's crew leader and gutter crew were at the house and the job was D-O-N-E.  I believe Jamie takes pride in his company, strives to make sure work is done to the customer's satisfaction,  and wants people to be happy with their beautiful new Owens Corning roof.  I highly recommend 4 Guys and a Roof.  They work like a well-oiled machine.

    He came out and told me that I didn't a roof tune-up. My interaction was excellent. I have no complaints against him at all. I'm going to be hiring him for some additional work. Everything he said made sense to me.
