I got a call cancelling our estimate late afternoon just before when they were supposed to come saying they���re too busy and aren���t coming at all. This is a time critical job for selling our home. His work is of high quality and he pays careful attention to details.
When the work of one of his subcontractors was less than acceptable, Jim paid for another subcontractor to come and redo the work to his and our satisfaction.
In addition, he is an honest and trustworthy man and is very careful to respect our property and to behave with propriety.
