    Our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Aladdin. We are so glad we did. Jeff came out and took his time to show and explain our options. We felt no pressure and appreciated the time he took to review the specs on each unit and helped us calculate the costs to make an informed decision about our purchase. He showed us how the unit would be installed and we did not feel we had to make any immediate decision. After comparing costs, we felt that Jeff was being very fair with his pricing and moved forward to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. The techs did a great job with the install and put down flooring protection so everything stayed neat and clean. They spent time after the install going over the features of our new furnace and I can honestly say it looks beautiful!! We are so happy with our decision and feel very comfortable recommending Jeff and his team to our family and friends.

    Be aware that this company's fees are above high end. Knowing what was wrong with my furnace, I gave the company the serial numbers for the furnace and the faulty part when I called for service. The technician switched out the part (after confirming my diagnosis within two minutes) within 15 minutes. I was billed: $85.00 diagnostic and $352.04 for parts and labor. The part itself costs no more than $85.00 anywhere, therefore I was charged more than $250.00 for 15 minutes of work (not including the diagnostic fee, which was also above average) - well above any other high-end service fee. We've used this company in the past; they used to be a reasonable, service-oriented company. Not anymore.

    Just replaced our whole house AC unit. Shopped around with three companies and settled on Mr. Furnace..WOW, good call on my part. Not only did I get the best price for a top of the line TRANE furnace and TRANE humidifier, I got two expert installers at my house for the work, Anthony and Jerry. It took a total of five hours, start to finish, and they did a great job! The copper and electrical outside from the new AC unit to inside the house looks very neat, clean and professional, as does the same inside where it all marries up to the furnace. The guys spread tarps in my house to protect my kitchen floor and living room carpeting, which I appreciated. When done, all was cleaned up, both outside and inside to my 100% satisfaction. I also dealt on the phone three or four times with the staff while getting everything arranged, and they were all beyond professional and attentive to my questions and concerns, including pulling the permit for me from the City. Bottom line is I'm very happy with Mr. Furnace and the product and service they provided me, and have no hesitation recommending this company. No, I'm not related to the company, and received nothing from them for this review....LOL.

    My furnace died during the huge windstorm that we just had. It was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Tony and his crew made it out to my house within 24 hours. By late afternoon, my house was back up to a comfortable 70 degrees. They did a really good job and the price was actually better than I anticipated. Thoroughly impressed and will use them in the future!

    The service man Dave was a pro. We asked him about the noise the blower motor was making and he said the bearings in it were bad. He order a new one and came back within a week to install it. Also me and my wife we work during the day so they were great about working around our schedules.

    My A/C went out on a Sunday which I understand is premium time. The cost was $120 for a house call which I understood. After inspection the technician found I needed a thermostat. I was shocked the entire bill was near $500. I understand Sundays are premium days, but I think I was raped. Having said that, out of four companies I called, they were the only ones who responded. So take it for what you will.

    After receiving estimates for a furnace and air conditioning replacement from several companies, we ultimately decided to go with Aladdin. The entire process went very smoothly. The installers arrived on time, worked steadily the entire day, were extremely careful of the surroundings, and were very pleasant. When everything was installed the technicians explained the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment in depth. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Aladdin Heating & Cooling.

    I have had Eller Services to my home on more than one occasion since moving into my home in August. The have replaced 2 faucets, cleaned out a clogged drain, and replaced a gas line for us. Each time they arrived as promised, did the work as promised. Will continue to have them back.

    Not so good. This company diagnosed an inducer motor as faulty when it is clearly still functioning fine. At this time, I'm assuming this was done to summons a return visit to replace a component that didn't need replacing in order to profit off what they thought was consumers lack of knowledge. I called and left a message on the technicians VM stating that I cycled the furnace myself and watched/took video of the inducer motor functioning perfectly, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in case there was something wrong that I just wasn't seeing. No return call, so what does that tell you?...
