    Dave is a little hard to get hold of because he's so busy, but his work is excellent. Last year he fixed a leak in my roof quite quickly and at a reasonable price. This year, when I was afraid I had a similar problem, he came out and did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no further leaks.

    Like other reviewers, I did not have any issues with the actual workers or salesmen, but the owner Ernie is extremely cocky and arrogant. I needed to have ONE window installed. One. It took over 4 weeks for the window to come in. When I called his office on a Thursday, the person that I talked to said that the window had come in earlier that week and that I would be contacted to set up the installation date. (well then why didn't they call me when it came in?) I did not receive a call until 4 days later on Monday, and the sales person says, "Hey, great news...your window JUST came in today." (really, I was told it came in last week) He then states that somebody will call me later that day to set up the installation date. Never received a call. So I call back the following day on Tuesday and leave a message. Still no call back. I call back on Wednesday and get Ernie the owner who states that he will "call me later that day" because he was at a job site. Fair enough, I completely understood. No phone call though. It's not until Thursday morning that I get a phone call, telling me that "they will be at my house today". TODAY?!?!. I can't drop everything that I'm doing and already have scheduled. Did he think I was just waiting around at the house all week for him to call and say they were coming over? SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I tell him that I won't be there because I already had previous appointment in another county. So we set it up for the following Monday. The crew shows up the following Monday with no problem. They say that they need to get some additional lumber because of some deteriorating wood. "What do you need?" I ask. "I have some 2x4's in my garage that I am not using. It was exactly what they need, so they continue working using the lumber I provided. The leave around 12 noon (I'm assuming for lunch), but then never come back, and my window is not finished. (my.....ONE.....window) I finally call at around 4:45 (knowing they close at 5 pm) to ask what happened. It turned out, Ernie the owner, pulled the guys from my job to go help out on a larger paying job elsewhere. So I ask, "when are they coming back". "Tomorrow morning." TOMORROW?!?! This is a window in my shower. There is no bare lumber in my shower and therefore cannot be used. This is the only shower in my house. "Well, just put up some plastic so that you can take showers" is what I am told. Hold on. My window has been in your possession now for 2 weeks....the 3 men installing the window couldn't do it in one day (the year prior I had 4 windows installed on my 2nd floor.....and it all happened in one day with 3 workers from another company)....phone calls were not returned as promised...I'm called on the morning that they were planning on coming out and given a difficult time when, like most people, I couldn't be there on the surprise appointment....and now I'm being told that it's going to take 2 days, 2 DAYS, to install just one window? As you can imagine, my rage was excalating. The owner then shows up, and starts yelling at me, saying that, "we were supposed to come out last Thursday, but you cancelled!" NO....you CALLED on Thursday and said you were coming out THAT MORNING. NOBODY waits around in hopes that you will call them that same day to come out. We all have lives and appointments that we have to keep. (his sales person even backed me up on that, but Ernie was hearing non of it). Ernie then gets up in my face and says, "Listen...I'm NOT a Pu$$y....don't think that I'm a Pu$$y." (where did this come from?) My reply, rather loudly, was that he wasn't called that, he was being called on the floor for being unprofessional. My reply, then was that the window better be completed by tomorrow or we'll see each other next in court. The window was finished the following day. I paid the balance of my bill. And I will NEVER use this company for anything again. I am a residential appraiser and I'm asked all the time if there are contractors that I recommend. And his name NEVER comes up. If you want a job done, and don't want any added aggravation, then use a different company. I have a good relationship with the people in my city's building department, and I later went in to see if he had pulled a permit for the job. Turns out, he didn't. I ask if I am going to get fined for this. They say no, because it was the builders responsibility, and therefore they would get fined. So do yourself a favor....and use somebody else.

    Absolutely useless and unreliable. I attempted to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel in December of 2016, took a day off of work and they cancelled our appointment after we were supposed to meet. Today I had an appointment to meet with Seth and our insurance adjuster to get an estimate to repair/replace our roof. Again, I had to took a day off work, and again Tittle Brothers Construction cancelled at the last minute. Tittle Brothers Construction and it's people are useless, unreliable, and unprofessional!

    Site manager went on vacation while job was in progress leaving workers to their own scheduling. Installed velux roof window that leaked. To cheap to buy the right flashing kit. Had to contact attorney to get second repair started. Window was not installed on enough angle for water run off. Site manager was rude because he was on my roof instead of "on the golf course". Had third fix by another company.

    NorthWest did a top-notch job on providing on communication, working up an estimate, coordinating the work, and following up with us once the job was done. We had three different roofing contractors come out to look at the problem, but Terry was the only one who actually got up on the roof, looked into the chimney, took pictures to help explain the necessary repairs, and didn't just say "tear the roof off and start again." We have had no problem with leaking in the 6 months since they did the repairs.

    I was impressed by their politeness and professionalism. They were prompt in responding to my call for an estimate.  I requested estimates from several companies.  Tittle Brothers offered the most prompt and reasonable price.  They completed the entire job in 4 hours. They made a follow-up call a week later to see if we were pleased with their work.  Pete, the sales manager as well as all of the workers were very personable.  I would definitely recommend this company for roof repair.

    We are 1/3 of the way done on a 3 part project. They removed the original porch, built a new one and poured the cap today. Looks good so far and we're happy with the progress Things started slowly partly because of our hesitation/indecision and also a miscommunication as to the start date of the job with the crew but our salesman/project manager Shylo has been very patient and has addressed all of our concerns right away. He gave us several options to choose from and was very helpful with the design. I chose not to rate quality yet as the project is not finished but from what I can tell so far, it looks good but I'll review again when the whole project is done.

    Napier's roofing is excellent!! We own several rental properties and a property management company in the downriver area and have used Napier's at least 12 times over the past 5 years. We originally went with them because Dan Napier seemed to be very honest and the price was very fair. Since the initial job we have continued to use Napier's because the impression we got on that very first job has proven to be true time and time again. 
    This is the only service provider we have that we know we do not have to get multiple bids for the job. Every time we have they come in at the best price and we know the quality of work will be top notch.
