    Pet Taxi Plus LLC
    Every aspect from scheduling pick-up from home, seeing the vet, and returning home were handled with professionalism and compassion. This was a 90 mile, round trip ride and my pet was happy and content when she came home. The owner, Angie, cared for my pet just as I would have. I have used the service regularly since then and will continue to do so.

    We flew into Seattle a day early so we could enjoy Seattle.  We had a great day sight seeing and experiencing the sites.  The cruise was fabulous and well organized.  We had so much fun on the ship and met many people from all over the world.  The excursions were the right ones for us.  Since we were celebrating a birthday, gifts, balloons and a surprise desert were part of the experience. Rob & Shari gave us an experience of lifetime.  We will definitely use them again in the future.

    Although I live in Michigan, their office is located near my parents' home in Florida and my parents had used them for a few other cruises. I used a different agent for each cruise and both were knowledgeable.  Their cruise pricing is competitive, and they arranged everything including transportation to and from my parents' home, and travel insurance.  They sent all needed documentation to me in Michigan.  The only glitch occurred in transportation for my parents after the first cruise.  The driver was very late and left my elderly parents waiting on the curb.  After contacting Sand & C, they said they would no longer be using that transportation company.  We had no problems on the second cruise.  I would recommend this travel agency.

    I only used Platinum Sedans one time. They were very nice but I thought being on a fixed income, they were a little expensive. I liked him. We talked going and coming. He was back to pick me up when I called to come in and get me and he was there pretty quick.

    Blue Diamond Limousine & Luxury Transportation
    It was ok. There was a problem that didn't get corrected, but they were actually 15 minutes early but the car was dirty. When he pulled into the driveway I noticed the back window looked gray like a film of dirt and then notice the whole care was covered in the film. . Before he left to take them to prom I told him the car was dirty and he just kind of shook his head like ok. The prom was in an upscale area where people had rented Bentlys and the such and the kids were hurt cause there limo was dirty. Called and talked to Mike the next day and like the kids he felt it was bad that the limo was dirty so he said he would contact corporate to see what they could do. Called me back to let me know he was just waiting for a reply from corporate, but I haven't heard from them since. The big things were done nicely and fairly, but they made me feel like they were really going to do something, and never did. I rather had just got an apology over having some long drawn out process that seems like it never happen. I like the fact they have an schedule and stuck to it.
    The car I agreed on and paid for was not the car that showed up. When I called back, the company told me they didn't have the kind of car we talked about originall. The car driver actually told the kids that they did have that car. We had asked for an Escalade and that was agreed upon but got a Navigator.

    See above - but in a nutshell, once we had made full payment (based on what we were each e-billed), significant changes were made to our Once in a Lifetime tour which negatively impacted the sole reasons for taking the tour: 2012 being the 100th year of my father's birth, we found out his birth town could not be visited only in the 11th hour, while en route to it.  Aside from numerous ems & some phone calls over the months prior from myself, sister & cousin to get varied information, little accurate information was received - and the most crucial information was hidden.  We were deceived that what we had paid for would go as planned.   All 3 of us are seasoned travelers, all have traveled to foreign countries on varied tours.  None of us EVER experienced the lacks noted above that we experienced dealing with ET.  So the trip cost me $3,900, and we weren't even compensated for not reaching the 4th town.  Now, I'm looking into revisiting the same country in 2013 to finally reach my father's birth place.  A country that I had hoped to not visit again due to historic tragedies and present day circumstances, but now am compelled to do so.  Let's see, that's most likely another $3,000+ outlay.  If even one person is saved from experiencing what ET has to "offer," thank you Angie's List for posting this

    We were very satisfied with this company's performance. Drivers arrived on time, were helpful, polite, and professional. Upon arrival at DTW, driver was waiting in baggage area for pickup. No complaints, would definitely use again.

    Very nice cars and on time. I am a frequent flier and have used a lot of different airport car service companies to and from Detroit Metro Airport and now only use this company. They are always prompt with professional drivers that treat me as if I am in a private limo. The person who usually answers the phone is very personable and tracks my flights if I'm delayed (which has happened a couple of times) so I know someone will be there when I land to help me with my luggage. They aIways have a bottled water waiting in the car when I get picked up at the airport which is a nice little extra touch. I am saving about 15% compared to the last company I was using.��� The service from the first call to the being dropped off was really over the top. It's nice to find a company that still believes in customer service.
