Quick to underbid everyone and responsive at first. I had wanted to do the porch first since it was covering portions of the outside that needed to be painted. That wasn't accomplished. They give you a quote and then pitch it to a 3rd party whom you never speak with. They failed to paint as directed and cost me additional supplies because they kept painting the sections the wrong colors. They fail...

They quoted a price. I requested a revised quote based on change in required services. They provided a quote that required clarification. I called 3 times and texted twice but they did not respond.. I was never rude but they elected to ignore me.

Beware the reasonable price they quote. The crew did not have an idea about how to remove cast iron tub. I had to tell them how to do it properly. The workers who did most of the work were nice men, but spoke zero English. After they left I discovered they had not caulked the tub. I asked them for an estimate on fixing my cement-slab porch.
