    It went very well. They were punctual and professional. The cleanup was magnificent! I had a minor concern related to the siding on my house. However, they came back quickly and added Flashing to my porch roof "over-hang", washed down the siding where there were marks made during the roof replacement, and also filled in some tiny holes that were already there in my siding at the top. My new roof and gutter systems looks really good! I highly recommend Victor's Roofing! :-)

    Johnny arrived Tuesday morning. I told him I wanted a face lift to the exterior of my home. We walked the perimeter of my home a he took his measurements for the items discussed. He told me he would email me with the estimate by the next day. Well its been 5 days. I have called the office twice and spoke with Stephanie......she has no clue as to why Johnny has not sent estimate. She told me she would find out and contact me. Guess what?? I have not heard from her either. This company must have so much business they don't have to follow up with their potential customers. I'm so done!!

    John and crew arrived on site early to set up and promptly began work at the agreed upon time. Good communication throughout the entire process - from estimate to job completion. All team members were polite and professional, worked well together and completed the job in an efficient manner. Wouldn't know they'd even been there except for the nice, new gutters!

    This company and the team of workers they had on my job, were all outstanding. The roof, trim and gutters are excellent looking. I am very happy I chose Richards as the first major updating project to my home. They are well worth the time to call and have them make a bid on your roofing project. I had 2 other bids late last fall and Richards still came in below them. I'm very glad I waited until this year to make my decision and not hurrying just to get the job done. It was well worth the wait and the job is finished and looks amazing.

    Kearns Brothers Inc
    Work to install windows started in late September. We had approximately 18 windows to install, and was advised it would take about 3 days. Their two man crew arrived on time on a Monday and dropped off the windows. There was one day it rained so no work was completed and the job was finished in 7 days. The subcontractor showed my wife how the window lock worked on one window. . No one from Kearns or the subcontractor did a complete inspection or walk around with us to sign off on the job. What we discovered the next day  was several windows was installed incorrectly and would not lock. They had to come back to reinstall them. Calls made to Kearns initially were never returned, and I made a called to owner Gary Kearns who never called back. Measurements for the siding was incorrect so that delayed that job. Jobs was eventually finished in December. The painters and drapery installers we hired both commented it was one of worst window installment they had seen.  I have contracted with several companies who would always have a foreman who would oversee the project and had a checklist for the owners to review to make sure everything was completed to their satisfaction. This did not occur with Kearns.

    Tittle Brothers Construction did a good job, in completing the work only it took longer than expected,  was to start the job in two
    two three weeks but started in four, there was also a lack of communication between Management and Labor at time which 
    cause Me as Customer to follow up and inquire certain work that was done and not completed properly and mangement had
    To be called in to get the job completed, But once management was called in , The Job was completed in a professional way.
    The Sales person did apologize for the inconsistency  of some of the team  and assure me that the party responsible for
    The problems would be subornize  for their action.

    I was explained in detail what would take work was done in a timely manner, only thing I did not like was the , wanting to not take my advice on things I wanted done to my house, My husband was to be present as if a woman's decision was not considered. I really did not like that...

    RAM Residential Specialists Inc
    It started well.  Within a few days an estimator was at my home and checked my roof.  He told me my roof was in good shape and I only needed to have my flashing replaced and some other minor items I planned to do myself.  I was told the actual repair guy would call me within a few days.  The call never came, so I reached out to RAM after 4-5 days.  After a second call to RAM, the owner Roger the Roofer reached out to me and told me the repair guy would be out that Tuesday.  The repair guy called the day before and said he could not make it.  He did not give a reason, just said he could not make it and would be out that Saturday.  We are going on 10-12 days now since i purchased the package.  Finally, the repair guy comes out that Saturday and cleans my gutters, gives my wife gutter estimates, etc.   He also says he seals some nails (I found this odd since I had the nails sealed days before).  All I wanted was the flashing replaced, and I expressed this to the 4-5 people from RAM I spoke with.  After I told the repair guy this (after he left), I decided to call the RAM office again.  The owner Roger the Roofer (I give him credit for calling me) gave me a call back and explained what the packaged actually covered.  Besides the package not covering flashing replacement, they were confusing the roof package deal with their gutter package deal.  Lastly, Roger told me the guy spent 2 hours at my house.  Doing what?  Cleaning gutters I did not asked to be celaned?  My neighbor and wife told me the repair was their 45 minutes tops!  And he didnt even clean out al lthe downspouts.  I don't blame Roger the Roofer for this.  He can only go by what he is being told by his repair guy in the field.  As a business owner myself, I understand my roof job was not a big one for RAM.  However, I just want what I payed for to be taken care of.  If the package does not cover that, one of the 4-5 people I spoke with should have mentioned this.  Ram may be a good company, I just not receive that experience.

    The job was done in an excellent manner. Problem appears to have been resolved completely. Made recommendation to my neighbor. I did have to wait about four weeks almost procured another vendor, I sure they were going to follow-up. May have been some oversight on communication. Next time will be sure to get a better understanding. However I would request their services again.
