Dana is very professional and polite. He arrived on time, explained the process and did a beautiful job. He cleaned up and finished in the time he estimated. I also have a dog that does not like the sound of compressors or loud noises so he made sure to let me know before he started any loud equipment.

Dana knows how to do business!! He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. (and I ask a lot of questions) Even when we couldn’t refinish the floor due to the condition it was in. He just laid a vinyl floor at no additional cost. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know.
