    I was scheduled for 01/12/18 and received a call on 01/11/18 canceling our appointment because I was asking questions on what the feeding procedure was... After noticing that my GSD's were returning home skinnier than normal and very thirsty from previous trips, I wanted to reassure myself that perhaps the dogs were under stress and that they would ease my mind... But, instead I got a call telling me that I accused them of not feeding my dogs and that they were not going to tolerate this behavior!! That I needed to go elsewhere because I wasn't welcome there anymore... And, was hung up on!! I didn't even get a chance to say anything and when I returned the call I was hung up on again!! Horrible place... Manager is very unprofessional!! They actually did me a favor... If they treat the paying customer like this, now I really wonder how they treat the animals!!

    *THIS COMPANY COMPARED ME TO DOG FECES IT PICKS UP**** That should be enough to find another company, if you want the rest of the story here it is-
    I found the company on Angie's List and called to get an estimate, which was very confusing. The customer service person I spoke with originally could not give me an answer since my dog doesn't have access to our entire lot. Which makes sense so I asked if they would come out to give me an estimate. I could show them what area the dog has access to and they could give me a price, then we could sign a contract. She seemed very confused by this process and told me someone would contact me to set that up. *I didn't get a very good feeling that would actually happen* So after a week or so went by with no response, I used the online form to ask the same thing. I got a reply back that didn't answer my question and gave me information I didn't ask for���..well at that time I was done with this company. A few days, maybe a week, went by and I got a call from another woman from this company asking if I wanted to start service���..I calmly explained that I wanted an estimate and she agreed that I could have one. She explained she can't put a start service order in until I gave her a credit card. I said I would like an estimate first before I give them a go ahead and a credit card. She agreed and made an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate on April 1, 2014. The appointment was not kept by the company���.no call���.no email���.nothing. Just a NO SHOW on their part. I sent an email this morning asking why they didn't keep the appointment for the estimate or call to reschedule���.or call and say and quot;we don't give estimatesand quot; I was wondering why they don't want my business���.am I out of their service area??? I wanted some answers. I finally got a call from someone who claims to be my first contact with the company���.I calmly (and in a nice tone) started to explain all the phone calls and emails and the 2 different women at his company that made appointments/promises that I could get an estimate. He started off by saying he was the first person I spoke with and this is NOT what he told me. (OK, telling a customer they are wrong is NOT a way to get business���.CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS CORRECT) Just to clarify, I was NEVER told I couldn't get an estimate���.I was told service couldn't start until I gave a credit card. I made it clear in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th phone call I was NOT giving a card until I had a price���.I was told that was OK from the women I spoke with. He then was telling me there are new people and procedures and due to a busy season things are hectic. I then rudely interrupted him, not calm at all by this point, and raised my voice to tell him how crappy the customer service was and to take me off any list of potential customers���I was done at this point with his company. A few hours later I checked my email and he left me what is a completely UNPROFESSIONAL email. In his email he asked if I could calm down and call him back so he could set me straight���.HE ALSO COMPARED ME TO THE FECES THEY PICK UP****
    STAY FAR AWAY FROM A COMPANY THAT COMPARES POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO DOG FECES IN AN EMAIL

    The pet sitting services were performed professionally and our sitter was very prompt, courteous and readily available by text message and phone - for check-ups. It all worked out great. The only surprise was the poor performance of our cat litter. We knew it was dusty but after a week of vigorous 'scooping' the room was totally trashed with litter 'dust'. Lesson learned - use a dustless litter in the litter box!

    They were close by and their website was impressive. They also had a groomer available. I worked out pretty well.
    I didn't get to see the facility where the dogs stayed, but it wasn't as clean and modern as I would have preferred in the reception area.

    I took a photo along with me to show them how I would like my dog groomed. I was very specific with how I wanted Lucy's haircut and very pleased with the results. The employees there were very friendly and professional. It was very evident that the entire staff are all animal lovers. I was very pleased with the way they treated my dog and with the services that they performed on my dog. They told me when I dropped Lucy off that it would be an hour or so. I got a call from them 45 minutes later telling me that she was ready to be picked up. In the past, my dog was traumatized over getting groomed from another groomer. The only way I could get her to go outside was to take her out on a leash when she normally went out the back door to our fenced-in yard. This lasted for several weeks before she would go out on her own. This time I had absolutely no problems with Lucy when I brought her home, which tells me they treated her good. I am definitely going to stick with Man's Best Friend for all of my grooming needs. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone in need of pet grooming.

    Vicky does a great job taking care of my cat while we are away!  She provides not only feeding, but love to the animals, and provides a very detailed summary of how things went.  She will also bring in the mail. She's great, I would definitely hire her again!

    Meadowbrook Veterinary Clinic, was right around the corner, easy to get to.
    Reasonable priced.
    I have moved and it is to far away to go to now.

    They do a great job. He is very sincere about his job. This veterinarian is there to help the animals. He is very good at helping you no matter what kind of animal you have. The girls in the office are very pleasant. They will work with you in any way they can.

    Animal Haus takes care of your animals very well. they are very caring and gentle and i highly recommend them to anyone. they are very professional in the job they do. i will keep using them in the future.

    very well. The examination and evaluation process proceeds as stated by Drs. Smaltz and R. The prices they quote are the accurate ones. Medicines are slightly more expensive there, but available. If one wants to use a mail away Rx service, then Dr. Smaltz provides the necessary writtent Rx.
