Very poor visit. Office environment is very noisy and crowded. It appears there are too many people being taken for appointments and not enough time for the doctors to adequately filter through patients. My visit with our family physician was rushed. I did not get all the concerns addressed that I came there for. Was admitted late to the office for the doctor to see and probably only had 10 minutes with the doctor. Doctor (dr. Soulias) was very short with me. Appeared that she was not in a good mood nor interested in having a lot of dialogue with me about what I came in for. While in the office I requested a prescription refill for my daughter and was not given the correct prescription. On top of all this we have been repeatedly billed for office visits after we have paid for them. In one case we paid multiple times but still were getting billed. Office billing manager would not accept anything we stated even though we provided check numbers and dates for credit card transactions on two billings. We have been going to this office for years but no longer. We pulled our medical information and will find another physician and office environment that is more competent and not in the cattle business with patients.

Met with Dr Jeanne Debono for the first time. I was totally blown away by this wonderful gynecologist. I've been going to gynecologists for over forty years and Dr. Debono is light years above all the rest. She was kind, caring and professional, and I felt like I could talk to her about anything. She met with me first fully clothed in her office, always a plus in my book, and then in the exam room for the rest. The office has low lighting and is beautifully decorated, creating a calming effect. But beyond the atmosphere, Dr. Debono was very thorough and impressed me on my very first visit to her. She seemed genuinely interested in me, and went over all the forms I had filled out, asking me questions about some of the things I had written. Lately since Obamacare, it seems in other offices that you fill out endless forms and then one person after another comes in to ask the same dumb questions over and over again that I just answered on four pages of forms. Not so here.
Dr Debono explained different options to me, made suggestions I hadn't considered before, and made sure I had no further questions before I left. Her office staff was kind, courteous and patient. Very satisfying appointment!

It's clear this 'institute' is doing well as they book 1 to 2 months in advance. Initial consult was one appt, followed by one night of sleep evaluation overnight in office, followed a month later by another sleep eval in office with CPAP machine. We should have realized what the real interest of this office was when that process was explained, but didn't put 2 and 2 together until later.

My partner was diagnosed with moderate apnea after his first sleep study night and proceeded to the second sleep study where they fitted him with an appropriate cpap machine. End of story. He was never referred to an ENT for further eval of his airways (presiding doctor is an internist, not an ENT), never provided any lifestyle guidance or health referrals regarding re: physical activity or weight loss, and there was no discussion of alternative therapies (oral 'guards', surgery, etc.) he could try if cpap didn't work out.

Well, like 50% of all cpap patients, it didn't work out. However, he was so soured on the process, feeling that he had been railroaded into a one-size-fits-all factory approach, that I haven't been able to get him to see another doctor for further eval and he is still snoring, choking and sputtering every night.

Furthermore, insurance initially denied his claim because the office didn't submit the requested documentation. After documentation was provided, insurance still denied the claim saying that the sleep studies could have been conducted at home, not in an office setting, with take-home equipment. This alternative was never offered to us, and we are now stuck with a medical bill far greater than anticipated.

The whole experience was lousy, but I will say that the nurses who actually staff the overnight studies were very kind and had an excellent bedside manner. Other than the nurses though, I am not impressed by what is clearly a profit center for Providence hospital.

He's absolutely excellent. I've used him for three or four years now. He and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful and their medical advice is great. Everything is punctual. He listens to me and he works with me based upon how I like to be treated. He's very careful about listening to what the symptoms are and making recommendations based upon those, but also, based upon the other medications that I've taken.

I've had many appointments with Dr. Brummeler and continue to use his services for both my son and myself. I was referred to him by Dr. Jason at the same practice, to oversee my pregnancy last year. I have a medical condition that was slightly risky during pregnancy, so he monitored me very closely and was always available when I had concerns. I called him a couple of times outside of normal office hours with questions, and he was always quick to respond. He has also been very flexible with me when I have needed to switch between the SL and Northville locations (which I know can be a hassle sometimes). All of the staff, including Dr. B, are very friendly and welcoming at the office. I literally use them for all of my medical needs... pediatrician; OBGYN; preventative care, etc. The ONLY thing that I would change is that I wish the office were open after hours. I have to take time off of work for appointments because they are only open during regular business hours.

Dr. Stone was recommended by our pediatrician. She mentioned that he was in the same medical office building that her practice was in so we stopped by to make an appointment. My wife mentioned that scheduling an appointment would be difficult because of our work schedules. The office staff said that they would try and get us in while we were there. We were able to see the doctor in under 15 minutes. He examined our son and performed a quick procedure while we were there in his office. I was very pleased with how quick and efficient both he and his staff were. He was also very personable and caring to our son.

Dr. Postula-Stein is not only a good listener with a pleasant bedside manner, but he is also an exceptionally thorough and competent doctor. When my bone-density exam showed mild osteopenia (in a screening done after my physical), he immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss it with me and outlined various treatment options. He is a doctor who will actually return calls (at the end of the day) and not make you feel rushed.
His office staff is also excellent. When I had a problem with some lab work, they spent considerable time not only tracking down the results (which had been temporarily and quot;lostand quot; in a huge hospital system), but they also ensured that my health care provider recieved the updated data.
Dr. Postula-Stein often has a medical student and quot;shadowingand quot; him during office visits, which I've enjoyed. He obviously is a good teacher, and the patient benefits as well.

He has a great bedside manner. He is conscientious. He has a lot of doctors who work with him. They handle nutrition, whole life kind of medicine and well being kind of medicine. The office staff is not as professional as I would have liked them to be. They are a bit disorganized. They have a new after-office-hours clinic from 5 to 9 in the evening from Monday to Thursday which is fabulous. This is run by the physicians? assistant. This is a very helpful addition.
