Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Work was performed flawlessly. The entire landscape looks amazingly nice considering we are just coming into the spring season here in mid April. We have used Integrity Landscape (formerly Roose Bros.) for the past 3 seasons for our significant landscape projects and basic landscape maintenance finding them to be very reliable and easy to work with.

  • The project turned out well. The work was completed as promised and with a high level of quality. Ryan was an easy guy to work with and was responsive to questions via email and phone. I would hire them again.

  • Rick was very responsive and had great follow up. He answered every question and walked the job with us several times before work began. The crew who did the walls and the grade were super hard working and very polite. They left the worksite clean every evening. The hydroseed crew was okay... They were a bit more messy and not considerate of the landscaping we already had. But less than a week later we have grass growing so we are happy. We will be using them again in the spring for another Boulder wall

  • After recently having several of our beautiful mature Colorado Blue Spruces suffer from Needlecast disease, we had all of the affected trees trimmed up at least 15 feet.  This left a large gap in our landscape screening. Our solution?  Start scanning  Angie?s List and find a reputable company to help us out.  After reviewing several landscape contractors/designers and obtaining competitive quotes, we selected Roose Brothers.
To begin, Mike completed a no-obligation detailed landscape plan and quote to our specifications that called for the removal of several overgrown shrubberies, the sculpting of several large planting areas and the planting of over 100 new plants including Japanese Maple, Blue Hollies, Hydrangeas, Viburnums, Arborvitaes, a variety of Hostas and many more.  He also designed a wonderful border for our Rose garden using paving stones set in an octagonal shape as we had envisioned.
After arriving at our home and continuing over the next four days, Mike and crew also replaced the stone in our rock borders near the home including a new border and barrier.  The new plants were each given a drip irrigation line.  The beds were filled with many, many yards of Western Red Cedar mulch and a boulder was installed to accent one of the larger beds at the rear of the property.
Mike also stabilized the very large planter box mounted under our large picture window and installed a trellis that will guide a
Climbing Hyrdrangea.  He was able to save all of our other existing perennials including several Hostas and a large
Hydrangea.  The existing Hostas were divided among the rest of the gardens, filling them in nicely.  After finishing the work, they repaired any minor turf damage by top dressing and reseeding the area.
Mike and his crew of Ken, Aaron and Pedro were very workmanlike and made sure all our questions were answered and any concerns we had were addressed.  And let?s not forget Jenny who runs the office and facilitates all communication.  Jenny?s response to email was timely and she was able to get all of the answers to our questions and concerns.
All in all, if we had to do it again, Roose Brothers would be the first company we would call.  We look forward to maintaining our
relationship over the next many years.

  • During the evaluation phase, Jim, the owner of West Oaks Landscaping, definitely distinguished himself from the 3 other Landscaping Company Representatives that I received estimates from via his creative and unique ideas.   Once the contract was signed, Jim and his crew were extremely professional while they did an outstanding job of transforming the vision into a reality.   The quality of the work was top-flight and I am completely satisfied with the results, which is why I will be using Jim and West Oaks Landscaping next spring to transform my pond and landscape my front and back yards!
I would highly recommend Jim and West Oaks Landscaping to anyone on Angie's List seeking brickpaving and landscaping work!

  • Brick paver steps look good, but wrong sand was used and had to call twice to get sand completed. Tree change was done at end of season, and not available when date came. In the Spring, the new tree that was put in, was dead. It took 2 calls to get a live tree installed. It is very nice now.

  • Weather delayed the start of the project, which was frustrating, but once Roose Bros was able to begin they worked effectively and efficiently.  The new irrigation system works really well; it is quiet and provides good coverage.  We are also now pulling water from our pond rather than the well, so no more rust!  It was difficult to access our deck and backyard without going through the house as there was a steep hillside down to the walkout basement.  Roose Bros. put in a beautiful limestone staircase complete with brick paver walkways at each end.  I had expected the pavers to just be put in rows but the crew created a beautiful design using a variety of sizes and colors of pavers.  In addition they landscaped the edges using river rock and created planting beds.  The entire design is not just functional, it is also aesthetically pleasing.  Roose Bros turned our vision of what our backyard could be into a reality.  Early in the process we had two or three tweaks that required a bit of rework, but the crew didn't miss a beat, making sure each part of the project was done to our satisfaction.  The crew was hardworking, friendly and professional.  We would definitely recommend Roose Bros and plan to use them again.

  • Alex is punctual and communicative. He stayed in touch with me when his jobs were backed up because of rain and he was on time for every appointment. When there was some slight damage to the house trim, he had it repaired the next day.

  • Susan redesigned my backyard. The team arrived took out the existing slab of concrete and sculpted the land, put in rock boulder walls, steps, pavers for a patio and two sidewalks. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was amazed at the professionalism of the work crew. They showed up everyday at 8:00 AM and worked until 7:00 or later at night. When the hardscape and pavers were completed, they put mulch in the beds, then hydroseeded the lawn.

If I could rate them higher than "A" I would. I've had quite a bit of work done but was totally blown away with this work. Professional, quick, and beautiful results.

  • They've done a wonderful job every time. The sales manager is prompt about returning calls and showing up for appointments - also, very friendly, professional, and offers creative suggestions. They stand behind their warranties 100% (and have no quarrels whatsoever about replacing shrubs and plants that didn't survive the winters). The quality of their work and their products (plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, etc.) is the best! They are a bit pricey, but well worth it. Also, because they are so good, they have a busy/full schedule so there may be a wait time of 2-3 weeks before they can come and do the work but when they do arrive, they're typically done in about a day. Any issues afterwards have been promptly addressed.
