    Poorly! In over 10+ years of paid Angie's List membership, this review is my second negative in a whole sea of positives. IMO this warehouse and distribution center purposely took financial advantage of us. My husband authored a book and TSI stored the initial copies for us. When our inventory dwindled down to 3 boxes of books (less than 200 books) and we were paying $20/month storage fees, we figured we would have the remainder of the inventory sent to us in Michigan since it was a small amount of books which we could store in our home easily. When TSI sent us the 3 boxes, they purposely sent and charged freight for 58 extra boxes from 2 other authors we didn't know or recognize. After multiple phone calls, TSI said it was our fault and would not take the books back or offer even a partial refund. In my opinion, TSI wanted to dump these extra books into our lap as unsuspecting customers to pay the extra freight and get them out of their warehouse! I spoke to Nancy and Seth multiple times to try to come to an agreeable resolution, but I am of the opinion, TSI withheld the fact they knew they were sending us someone else's books and those books were now our problem and not their problem. My husband was told directly to dispose of them ourselves by either donating, dumping in a landfill or recycling. I implored that these books did not belong to us, so it was not appropriate for us to make a decision on their disposal. Clearly, I didn't get anywhere with this argument so we now have 58 boxes of someone else's books on a loading dock here in Michigan and out the money we were charged to get them here (over 1000 miles). It is my recommendation for anyone considering dealing with this company to scrutinize any and everything this company's personnel says or writes and assume they are only serving their own interests and may take advantage of loyal and unsuspecting customers like us.

    Overall it was a good experience but I think that depends on when you are there. The staff Has excellent bedside manner and make sure that you see someone within a short period of time after you are brought back to the emergency room.

    The staff immediately ran labs and determined my mom had indeed had a heart attack. We were kept informed as treatment was provided and tests were run. She did eventually go via ambulance to Petoskey for stent placement. Overall the staff at WMH was very helpful in getting my mom to accept that this was not a minor issue. (Something I was unable to do, and I've been a nurse for nearly 30 years). I was happy with the care and concern

    I phoned the wireless network provider to add minutes to my phone service.  I initiated the service call at 11:49 a.m.  The service man/owner Ihsan Atto (aka John) informed me the application of minutes would take only 10 minutes.  Since this was the third time I had added minutes to this phone (each time previous, having to recall the company to have the minutes for which I had paid added an hour or so later, I mentioned this fact to Mr Atto) so a trouble ticket was created by Mr Atto #582651.  Since I was assured the minutes would be on in 10 minutes, I checked my phone after 20 minutes.  After 40 minutes had passed with no minutes added as stated, I phoned Mr Atto again and informed him that since my minutes had still not been added, I wished to have the charge to my credit card reversed and I would go elsewhere for my wireless phone service.  Mr Atto insisted my phone minutes had been added and he had an email stating so and that I should have received my text stating my minutes were added.  The only texts messages I had received were stating my minutes were very low and I needed to add minutes.  Mr Atto phoned technical support to receive assistance adding my minutes.  Long story short...from here the conversation became very heated with Mr Atto behaving very unprofessional to me while in the presence of other customers in his store and the technical supervisor on the speaker phone.  Each time I tried to allow both Mr Atto and the tech supervisor to hear the message on my cell that I still only had $0.94 balance on my phone despite Mr Atto stating he knew the minutes had been added, Mr. Atto would interrupt my speaking and inform me that I had to remain with the service until Jan 9, 2012 since the minutes had already been added.  I was instructed to check in 48 hours with my trouble ticket.  After Mr Atto "hung up on me while his tech supervisor is still on speaker phone" I phoned back for the number for the tech supervisor.  I phoned Dennis-the tech supervisor @ 1-800-550-2436 who agreed that Mr Atto's behavior was quite unprofessional and appalling.  While Dennis understood my dilemma, he assured me the issue as he entered the picture was that of Mr Atto having applied my paid minutes to someone else's phone and he (Dennis) just moved the minutes over to the correct phone.  Any refund, per Dennis, would come from the local level, that being Mr Atto - who flatly refused a refund of my money for minutes that had not been used.   The last message I received on my cell was one that states "Attention! Your balance has reached zero. Refill and save any minutes remaining and extend your expiration date."  This message posted at 12:32 p.m. 10 December 2011.

    UPDATE: I recently held a conversation with the technical support team for this company and learned that at 11:39, Mr Atto did apply service that I paid for via phone credit card charge, but TO THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!!!!  aT 12:13, Dennis (tech support supervisor) made the transfer from the incorrect phone number to the one assigned to me.  This was, incidentally, after I had asked for a refund to my credit card due to the service not being provided as was stated in 10 minutes.  This is the same reason I have had to phone the company each time I have added minutes because Mr Atto has always added my minutes to the wrong account.  I feel, that under the circumstances, since I did ask for my refund before his error was corrected by Technical support, I am entitled to a refund of my monthly charges back to my credit card and my service terminated.  I will never recommend this company for service to any other person in my living area.  Mr Atto's reason for not providing my refund in the first place was that he had an email stating my minutes had been applied; when in fact, they had been applied to the wrong phone number.  Finally, the ticket number he gave me for trouble, #582651 was false information.  I phoned to follow up with the trouble ticket only to learn there had never been a trouble ticket issued for my service at all.  The number Mr Atto gave me is not even a trouble ticket number.  There is, however, a complaint ticket with the company on him per Robert # 149915.  I have yet to hear from the company on my complaint ticket.
