Extremely well. Stayed with the job until completed. Then came back next day to ask if any items were bothering us. Any and all were addressed to our happiness.Third time we have hired Paquette,

It all started when I went to check on our second home. When I opened the door I discovered that a pipe had burst in the upstairs bathroom. Long story short the whole house was pretty much destroyed and we needed to get it gutted fast so we could dry it out before mold started to grow.
We posted about our troubles on a Facebook group and Jeremy Miller responded saying that he could do the job at a fair price.
Jeremy and his crew arrived the next day and started to tear everything down. It took them a few days to get the job done but everything went smoothly and was done in a professional manor. There was a good direct line of communication at all times and they even cleaned out the items that where not salvageable.
The only snag was that they filled a complete construction dumpster and we had to get it emptied. But they came back 3 days after the house was finished to take care of the remaining cleanup.
All in all a good experience during a tough time.

Markstrom Construction came in and examined the area where the leak was occurring, even going through the attic to see if there were any other spots that were leaking that we couldn't see and examined the roof. Did the repairs that were needed to stop this continuing problem and not just a quick fix as others had done. His price was reasonable, complete (no surprise miscellaneous charges) and done extremely well. We were very satisfied and will have him do more projects at our office and have him do some projects at our home that were done just as well as this one.

Mike always arrived on time and was quite pleasant each day. Given the fact that I am female, and live alone, I trusted Mike to make all, if not most, of the contracting decisions and relied on the fact that he was a licensed contractor to 'do the right thing' with the construction of the new rooms in the basement area. However, the following took place: no construction permit was applied for with the city no plumbing permit was applied for with the state of Michigan no electrical permit was applied for with the state of Michigan and NO electrical inspection was conducted by the state before the walls were put into place thus hiding the work performed and not allowing for access if errors occurred plans were altered which should have resulted in a reduced construction cost (one door eliminated, I purchased all ceiling lights and fixtures and door handles); however, I received no refund or rebate from LeClerc ALL of the electrical work performed in the new areas was tied directly into the first floor of my home and put on the same breaker which results in constant breaker tripping. As well, all large appliances on the first floor and in the family room have had to be serviced numerous times due to melting wires and surges in power Mike was made aware of all of the above issues. Initially he came to my home with the electrician who performed the shoddy work and said that he would correct the electrical errors that were not done according to proper code. However, that was the last I saw of him. I have tried to contact him numerous times via phone and certified mail (the last in March of 2011) but he has refused to address the electrical hazards and makes no effort to help me with what may be a monumental expense to make my home safe from fire and bring the electrical work up to code. Mike, as a licensed Michigan contractor, knew that he should have applied for the proper permits but did not do so. As a result, he has exposed me to the possibility of losing my home to a fire as well as losing my life. If you wonder why I didn't see to these issues sooner, I had no idea that permits needed to be issued or how the electrical work was to be performed or the hazard the poor work would cause. I was told about the problems when people from my local Community Action Agency were in my home on an unrelated matter and brought these omissions to light when I asked for their advice about my electrical problems.

It was good, it took a little longer, but it went well. They were very easy to work with.
