  Martin was very helpful with the initial meeting to described the work to be done and help me chose the best shingle for quality and aesthetics, they were prompt to schedule repairs, the crew was courteous and professional, advising me of their progress, especially when decking on roof was replaced. Screen door was installed to perfection. Cleaned up thoroughly around the house. Office help was very courteous and helpful also. I would recommend this company.

  John Jackson Handyman Service

  He worked all day replacing rotted wood frame for the storm door and installed the new door. He worked hard and did a wonderful job. The new door looks great and we are very happy with it. He cleaned up everything afterward and showed me features of the new door. We are hiring Mr. Jackson back in the spring to replace wood on the back door.  Great man!

  1ST CHOICE GARAGE DOORS INC

  Andrew arrived within an hour of our request for a quote and we had a quote before he left.  He wasable to schedule the installation within a week within a week with the caveat that he had been experiencing two hour delays because his supplier was in the process of relocating.  He set an estimated arrival time of 10 AM.  I called when they hadn't arrived by about 11.  Long story short,  They still had not arrived by 1:00 since the door still had not been loaded.  I had to work from home a second day.  They arrived at 9:00AM the next morning and worked continuously and efficiently until the job was done and the worksite was cleaner than when they started.  They were gone by 1:00 with a promise that the recyclers would pick up the old doors, framing and pile concrete counterbalance weights by 5:00.  They arrived and were gone by 3:00 leaving nothing behind.

  During the installation they realized that there were two lights and a chin-up bar that would interfere with the door.  They removed the bar and relocated the lights that were missed in the quote with no additional charge. The quality of the work, materials and equipment are all great.  Most important are the quality of the people who were all focused on their work and completing the job.

  Thomas Robert Construction is very responsive.  Tom is professional, personable and he made sure everything was done correctly, coming back twice to make sure that the garage door rails were attached properly to the garage ceiling.  His people are also good workers, punctual, neat, hard workers and know what they are doing.  They clean up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they had been there.  His prices are competitive and worth every penny.  I would definitely recommend him and his people to anyone.

  I was impressed with the person who came out to give us an estimate. He did a lot of measurements. He was very knowledgeable. I can see that he's an architect. His estimate was approximately 25% higher than the other ones so we did not take Italy American Construction to do the job. I would call them again if they're the only ones that did what we needed. I'm sure they do very good work.

  All Around Maintenance

  We brought in Gary Pietrangelo with All Around Maintenance to work on our deck.  We didn't know if it would need to be repaired or rebuilt.  When I initially called Gary he returned my call within 24 hours and came out within a day to give us an estimate.  He arrived timely, was thorough and professional. After considering our options we chose to go with Gary's services.
  Before providing you further, please note that our house is close to 85 years old and our deck was at least 50 years old.  The deck was sinking under one of the two primary entry doors. We didn't know how much time or money would be involved but we knew that we needed a company we could trust since surprises could naturally happen when considering the age of the house.
  Gary and his crew arrived timely and did their best to repair the deck, rather than replace it.  The more wood that was removed the more we learned how rotted the wood was. Once we realized we needed to replace it, Gary went with me to the store to buy the materials and provided excellent guidance on what was needed.  His approach was warm, personable and respectful of cost. 
  It took about two weeks to rebuild the deck, rebuild the rotted frame around the entry door and replace it, then replace the gutters.  (This was taking several rain days into consideration, which he and his crew tried to work through when it wasn't pouring.)  Gary gave me regular updates, made trips to replace or purchase materials (without charging us), and ultimately built a beautiful deck. 
  Replacing the door was a big challenge due to the fact that like all old houses the foundation has shifted.  Every time we ran into a challenge Gary brought in an expert (without charging us) and made sure the work that was done was of quality. 
  It is clear that Gary takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.  Though like all big projects like this we had our challenges and surprises, my husband and I were both really pleased with his services.  We do expect to bring him back later this year to replace the siding and rebuild the rest of the gutters.

  I was referred to Justin of rapid Renovations by my realtor who swore by thsi comany as a relaiable company that did incredible work, fast, and very affordibly.  I was not dissapointed to say the least.  I called and got a voicemail but the owner called me back within the hour.  He scheduled a time for me to meet him at the property and we hit it off right from the start.  He listened to everything i had to say, all of my concrns, my goals and wants and don't wants etc.  When i was done, he smiled and said h looked forward to working with me. 
  He had excellent crews that pretty much did it all and since we didnt have to use several different contractors, he was able to cordinate the timing flawlessly.  Mike did teh plumbing, Justin did the drywall, Bobby and another guy did the roof, marcus did the demo and clean up, Nick did the cabinets, jay did the counter tops, joe did the carpet and hardwood.  MAGIC. I swear to you these guys were like a magic team of different people who all came togther and made this one of teh best construction experiences i have ever had. No wonder my realtor at keller Willams spoke so highly of them. 
  I liked the work they did so much on this house that I was planniong on just fliiping, that I kept the homeand now live in it full time with my family.  I now own other rental units and have used justin and his team for several other projects and have recommended them to other friends of mine in teh same business.
