CBOB SAK'S COLLISION CENTERThe work took over 9 weeks for 80 hours of repairs. Parts were not delivered on time, after 8 weeks it was not done because the new ignition was not received yet. After picking up the vehicle, I found that they lost the key to the wheel lug locks, and I had to drive it for four days hoping to not get a flat tire. The shop worker also removed part of the bed cover and placed it in the scrap pile without informing me, even though I had the remaining piece at home. I was also informed that a delay was due to missing headrests, yet I have photos which confirmed three out of four were present when the vehicle was found. After replacing the rear end and drive shaft, they did not test drive the vehicle because it was low on gas. After taking it home, I discovered a very loud rattle. The vehicle was returned at their convenience, and it was reported that the shock bolts were loose. No big deal.- RENEE T.

ASTERLING AUTOBODYAfter a major wreck, my insurance company sent me to Sterling. Considering the massive amount of damage, the repair was great. An "outsider" looking at the car wouldn't be able to tell what parts were repaired. The Harper Woods location has a great staff - when I dropped it off, the receptionist helped find a rental car company and had them send someone to get me. They updated me weekly for the 2.5 months it took and when it ended up taking two weeks longer than the "guaranteed by" date, they offered to pay for the rental vehicle for that time. The delay was due to discovering more damage once all damaged parts had been removed - something they could have covered up easily in order to get it back "on time."- COURTNEY J.
