    We purchased a stove from Sargent Sept, 2019 (along.with other appliances) as we were having our kitchen remodeled. When it came time to have it delivered it was not available!!!. Once it got delivered we went to turn on and got an error code. Then we had to call for service on a brand new stove. We called for service beginning of May, as we were in Florida for the winter, and have waited 3 months for a part. Hopefully the part will fix the problem since no one came out to look at the stove, basing everything on the error code we told them. Apart from selling us the stove Sargent has washed their hands of the problem!!

    I had received email and phone confirmation that a gas grill I had purchased was ready for pick-up. I was told to park at the the curb-side, call the number listed and that an employee would bring out my order. Called the curb-side number for 20 minutes but no one answered. After calling for 20 minutes I decided to go inside the store and get my order myself since no one would even pick up the phone. While waiting in line, I called customer service to see if they would respond back. The entire time I was in line, I heard the phone but no one would answer. Four employees were just standing there, loading around on company time. Of the six people at the customer service area, only one was actually doing any work. When it was finally my turn, I told the customer representative that I received email and phone confirmation that my gas grill was assembled and ready for pick-up. I told the gentleman that I told that I had 7 day to pick up my order. He looked up my order number and said that it was cancelled. I asked him how my order could be cancelled if I received email and phone confirmation that my gas grill was ready for pick-up. He said that he would have a employee look for it. The guy didn’t even care and just said that I have customers to help. The whole time I am waiting at customer service, I observe 6 workers just standing there and gossiping about other people. I guess Lowes pays it employees to loaf while on the job. Horrible and unprofessional customer service employee. I had a cart full of merchandise to purchase along with the gas grill that I was planning to take home that day. I got fed up waiting for their lazy employees to look for my grill, thinking to myself how in the world can they not find something as big as a gas grill. I waited for more than 45 minutes to pick up my grill but guess they were to busy gossiping and complaining to actually to work. I realised that the employees don’t care about customer service seeing as how they were gossiping and complaining the whole time. I left my cart that was filled with my other merchandise and walked angry and in disbelief. How incompetent must store management be when something as big as a gas grill cannot be found in the store and when only one customer service employee is actually working while the rest gossip and complain. No wonder Lowes is losing business and is having to close stores. I had planned to make several online purchases for myself and other family members at the Lowes website but when I saw that nobody cared to resolve my problem, I choose to never again purchase anything from Lowes again. I called the store later that day and asked to speak to the store manager to give them one more chance to keep me as a customer. While speaking with the store manager, she hung up on me mid-sentence. Very rude and disrespectful. I gave Lowes many opportunities to redeem themselves but to no avail. Too bad because they lost more than $5000 in sales because of their unprofessionalism. Since store management and it’s employees do not care for their customer, I will take my business and money and go over to Home Depot. By the way, all my Home Depot online store pick up purchases were ready for pick up the following day and my Home Depot online home delivery purchases were shipped out in just two days. Lowes should learn from Home Depot about customer service and professionalism. Home Depot has definitely earned my business. I told about my dismal experience to other family members. They said that they also would not shop at any Lowes anymore. If Lowes customer service does not change for the better, it will definitely go out of business. Good bye Lowes. My family will not be buying anything from your business.

    Mike came prepared with everything he needed including replacement hoses and the brass coupling that seems to be needed with so many new models but never supplied by the manufacturer. Mike and his helper worked independently but together. Issues with an older location did not faze them even when the electrical supply line was wired backward. I would not say they are inexpensive but the job was done right the first time and everything has been working since. They have a very positive attitude even when things are unusual. No time was wasted and no complaining so you get what you pay for.

    I would give them "A's" across the board.  They were punctual and they did a good job installing it.  I did have to have, there was a defect part on it and they back out to replace it and they were very good about that.   I would give the a "B" for price.

    I'd give them "A's" down the line. It was a piece of cake. They gave me 10% off as a veteran. I'm never been disappointed. They work with me.

    It is a window unit. I am happy with it. The quality seems okay. It works good. I'm not having any trouble with it. They delivered it when they said they would. Very good experience.

    They had some amazing customer service.For toaster ovens, we were really picky about what we needed in a toaster oven.We preferred to shop locally but none of them had what we were looking for so I found one online.I can't remember where I ordered it from.When it came its standard, it comes with one of the grates but it holds the potential for another. I called customer service to see if I can order another one and they sent me one for free of charge and it was absolutely no hassle. They were friendly.That was the best customer service that I ever got.

    I was impressed with their ability to fit it into the space of the old dishwasher, even though our kitchen floor was raised above the original level by flooring added after original dishwasher was installed. There was no extra charge although it took them a while to get it in. Also, their price was highly competitive, the new appliance arrived on schedule about four days after I ordered it, and they took away the old appliance and disposed of it. Very satisfied.
