    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Jimmy Thomas and his partner Brian Buckmaster of Cregger Plumbing did an excellent job. These plumbers knew exactly what they were doing, did it well, were very professional AND courteous, explaining every detail, answering every question. Cregger cut a 34" square in the basement concrete floor, removed the cast iron storm trap and discovered two lines of broken storm drain clay pipe feeding into the trap. They were able to clean out many of the tree roots, install several feet of new PVC pipe and a new PVC trap. Basically Cregger salvaged the old clay pipe storm drainage system for now and maybe for forever, saving me an outlay of what could be a $15,000 sump pump waterproofing system.

    Universal Plumbing & Sewer Inc
I called in the afternoon that I noticed the leak from the old water heater. I was quoted a price and the installation time at 9 am the next day. JD and Chip arrived on time and were very professional and efficient in removing the old unit and installing the new one. They laid down tarps to protect the basement carpet and were careful to keep everything clean.

All work done by permits from City obtained by Josh the general contractor. This is our second project with Blaies and it was great to work with Josh and his team again (see feedback on condo remodel in 2015 on angies list). Kirk, his painter / drywall expert is fantastic at his craft. Josh is a hard worker and aims to please the customer. We did extensive planning for the remodel just before purchasing and before closing on the property. Josh was a big help, offering advice, several walk throughs, providing us his supplier list and engaging with the companies after we selected plumbing fixtures, cabinets, stone, etc. This was a sizable project and Josh was able to complete the job in 3 months. Josh is punctual, kept us informed, and worked with us on limited changes including costs when over the original estimate. Each change order was discussed and approved prior to executing. Josh's subs did a good job as well. All were professional, a few minor hick ups here and there but not unexpected; tile a bit slow on the desired time line due to main tile guy being out of town for an extended period, but other members of the tile guy's team got the job done and Josh monitored the work along the way and if there was an issue, josh was on top of it. If you are looking for a general contractor with the right subs, for a small or large project, we recommend Josh Blaies and JRB Renovations. In the end, you get what you pay for and we could not be more pleased with the work performed, the follow up and the attention to detail.

Excellent. Erik was very professional prompt and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and how to maintain in the future. High praise goes out to Drain Inspectors. I will definitely be recommending them to my freinds and family.

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Kyle arrived within the time period that was given which was 10:30 am. He reviewed the condition of my Kohler toilet and agreed with me that he would need to replace all of the parts of my toilet. It was not flushing and the parts inside of the toilet were broken. He had to go to the plumbing hardware shop to get all of the parts. He returned within 15 minutes. He replaced all of the new parts within 20 minutes. Kyle was very polite, informative and very helpful. He was a young man and it appears that he has a good grasp of the plumbing profession.

Let me first say that I have never felt like I got a "deal" from any plumber. I purchased a coupon on Angie's $111 for $200 of work. I called and asked for an estimate and was given a number. When the work was completed I was charged considerably more than the estimate. I asked about the coupon and was told yes they applied it. I paid but I didn't feel like I got the coupon deal or anything close to the estimate. That aside, they did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and were pleasant. And I would use them again but will get more clarity on the pricing.

    Michigan Building & Design
Remodeled newly purchased condominium. Reached out to several contractors and selected MB&D, local to Royal Oak. I selected this company because of craftsmanship and quality of work I read in previous reviews. That was my criteria #1. Price wise moderate, but not too pricey. Discussed with Jason the scope of work that was completed in aproximately 1.5 months. Great personality, both Jason and Brian. Completed: Guest bathroom complete remodel, powder room, all other faucets, mirrors, interior/barn doors/hardware, all light fixtures, wall plates/recepticals/switches, recessed lights, wiring and TV above fireplace, kitchen backslash, garage tile/drywall/paint, etc. At the end they delivered exactly why I selected them for, craftsmanship and quality!

Waco Home Renovations did a great job! Tearing apart a kitchen and putting it back together in a timely fashion was really important to us and they did just that. Their workmanship and attention to detail made his project a success, and I smile every time I walk into my new kitchen!

    Nick's Tile and More
Everything went excellent! Nick knew exactly what he was doing when it came to my old home. He was very caring and wanted to ensure I was happy. I changed a closet into a powder room and Nick was so under standing about what I was looking to do. I am so happy and impressed with not only the quality of work but the speed in which it was done! Thanks so much!
