ADinverno Remodeling & ConstructionI've yet to have this company perform any work on my home. However, Zack, the young man who came out to provide an estimate was very professional and friendly. I made me feel comfortable and confident in the company and did everything he could to earn my business (offered multiple discounts, even got the price down to the number I suggested). But for the fact that I have another company to come out and quote I may have gone with them on the spot. But I am a stickler for getting at least 3 quotes. So far Diverno is top choice.- Amir A.

AGrennan ConstructionWe would highly recommend Grennan Construction for any roof work that you may need done. The owner, Mike Grennan, came to the house and spent a lot of time going over the quote after spending much time on the roof measuring and examining the job. He gave us an itemized quote with pictures and a list of the materials used. We were having trouble making up our minds as to the color of shingles to be used. To help us out, we were given addresses of homes that had the colors we were interested in, which made our decision easy! On the actual job, Steve, the project manager did a fabulous job keeping us abreast of what was going on each day. At the end of the work day, Steve always checked in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our property was left spotless each day. They removed all tarps every evening and used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind. They came every morning at the promised time and put in a long day's work, every day, leaving only when it was getting dark. Fantastic work ethic. The entire crew was extremely professional and did a superior job. For the work that was done, the price was competitive with others we received. We would definitely use Grennan construction again, hands down.- Paul C.

AGrennan ConstructionGrennan Construction was one of the 3 companies we called for a quote to reside our home, and replace our gutters. We had used Grennan several years ago to reshingle my roof. They had done a great job then at a great price, so when we decide to redo our siding and gutters, they were one of the 3 companies we called for a quote. Fred Grennan came out, discussed the project, the product, his contract, and his and our expectations. When he called back and quoted his price, we immediately agreed on a deal. I am so glad we had Grennan do this job. His crew was outstanding, organized, efficient and thoroughly professional. They completed the job as agreed, and even took care of some modifications that we came up with at no additional charge. Dealing with Fred Grennan was a pleasure. His word is his bond and his aim to please is undeniable. We will definitely call upon him and his company for future needs.- Jon R.

APeaks ConstructionLike everything else, work was slowed by corona virus. Material was behind, scheduling was behind and our payment got lost in the mail for almost 4 months. FI waited several weeks for your company to install the gutters at the house I am working on and to make a repair at my house. The gutter installation is defective and the repair at my house was never done. I have called you and texted you several times in an effort to resolve this issue and you have promised to make it right but have not. The downspouts are all out of plumb. Where the downspout in the south west corner of the house comes from the second floor there is not a connection to the gutter on the garage. This causes the water in a heavy rain to flow over the gutter and into the flower beds.

AI had them come out to do the trim & gutters and not the roof at first. The trim they installed improved the ventilation for attic. While they were out, I had the roof inspected for replacement. They discovered why the venting for the upstairs bathroom was inadequate. We had them come out in the fall to replace the roof, correcting the bathroom venting and installing better performing ridge ventilation. The first project took 2 day (1st day trim, 2nd day gutters) and the second was done in a day (subcontracted). Clean-up was thorough; the crews were industrious. The work looks really good a year later.

Jeff explained that A-1 Vinyl doesn't do repairs, but he was super helpful and took the time to talk to me about my project even though he knew I wouldn't be hiring him.
