AThe Carpet Guys LLCFrom the sales person to the final installation, everything was smooth and easy. The product was brought in two days before and I got a call before hand, to let me know they were on their way. I got a call from Nick, the installer, prior to his arrival. Nick was a great installer! He finished the room in 3 hours!! I had all furniture and carpeting removed before hand, so all that was needed was to lay the flooring, but still, I thought it would take most of the day. I was socked by his kind words, friendliness and willingness to please his customers. A very down to earth person. I finally got a smile out of him as he cleaned up afterwards. He wouldn't let me help at all. The room is beautiful!!!- Nelson C.

AThe Carpet Guys LLCThe carpet guys did an amazing job. I am a perfectionist so I appreciated how Nick the sales person went through every detail of what I was requesting. Then Dave and his sons spent a day and a half prepping my floor so when they laid the vinyl planks it was going to look good and last. My basement floor was not level and had cracks and pits and a recent patch to fix a pipe. From begging to end the carpet guys team exceeded my expectations.- Jennifer S.

AMadera Building Company IncWe would not have been able to survive the pandemic if it was for the upgrades Marty and his team created. Madera is a professional, caring and awesome contractor. Marty made the entire process easy as can be with a complete kitchen and master bathroom. Always checking to make sure we were comfortable. Martine is awesome as well. AArtistic Construction & Design LLCWe had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project.- Tomomi B.

We came to Craig with an image of what we wanted to complete our forever home and he was able to meet all of our requirements. We even referred him to my brother to have a bathroom finished. FTreat the customer as the customer!! Mr. Bid fails at that! If the customer doesn’t want contractors/strangers in their home, respect it. You say you’ll have a project manager then have one. Ours quit and was never replaced. Kitchen remodel never finished. Spoke to all of the contractors and the same thing was said. They were concerned about getting paid. All contractors are really subs that own their own businesses. They don’t work for Randy. Beware you’ll never see breakdowns on cost. Still waiting for kitchen to be finished from march 15,2020. Save yourself the stress go to someone else.

ATom and his crew (Melissa and Tom Jr) did an outstanding job installing our wood floors. They arrived each day at 8:00 AM and we’re done for the day at 4:30 PM after thoroughly cleaning up the house from their work. Two areas of the house presented extremely challenging skill level requirements and they accomplished the installation with no problems. This project had multiple walls at angles other than 90 degrees and their cuts were perfectly matched with no gaps such as at the fireplace hearth. Our house prior to the wood floor installation had numerous squeaks throughout it. It has now been over 6 weeks and not one has recurred. Both my wife and I are very critical customers of any purchase and neither of us have had a single complaint. We could not be happier that we selected Property Care.

BIt’s a mixed response. First, we love the finished job. Unfortunately, we were given a written estimate that was not itemized and although he said he would give us all of the receipts for materials, as well as the discount he gets for them, none of that ever happened. Also every time something changed or we needed or wanted something different...it was priced off the top of his head. Ohhh you want that? Okay that will be $1,500. Wait...I picked out the tiles and for the sq ft he said we needed, it was no where near the price he said (and that’s without the discount he was supposed to pass on to us). I just don’t like not having an itemized bill, breaking out material and labor. He also said they would cover our bed and other stuff to keep it clean. They didn’t. They put paper on the hardwood floors, which I appreciated, but the dust and dirt was everywhere. I had to strip the bed and wash everything when they were gone. They also banged/scratched door trim and other things. Good thing I keep white paint around to cover stuff. All in all we paid $5,800 for a shower retile. I told him from the beginning that my ex-husband, my dad, my brothers, my son, etc. either are, or were, in construction so I’m familiar. I guess he didn’t believe me.

Fcalled company for small repair job and was prompted to use their website to enter information. That was 12-4-20. Here it is 12-16-20 and no email or return call. Would not recommend them if they can't even acknowledge an email. Imagine if you have any real issues with their work. Good Luck.
