Shane was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He snaked the drain until he could hear water running and the snake at the main clean out which was about 38 feet down. He explained everything he was doing and answered any questions we had. He also cleaned up after himself. He did a great job and in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Jimmy Thomas and his partner Brian Buckmaster of Cregger Plumbing did an excellent job. These plumbers knew exactly what they were doing, did it well, were very professional AND courteous, explaining every detail, answering every question. Cregger cut a 34" square in the basement concrete floor, removed the cast iron storm trap and discovered two lines of broken storm drain clay pipe feeding into the trap. They were able to clean out many of the tree roots, install several feet of new PVC pipe and a new PVC trap. Basically Cregger salvaged the old clay pipe storm drainage system for now and maybe for forever, saving me an outlay of what could be a $15,000 sump pump waterproofing system.

Great. Work was done on time and Ryan and Zack were excellent. Kept me informed and got the work done ahead of schedule. Professional job all the way. Also cleaned my sewer line out to the street. I would use Precision Plumbing again.

Job was completed in a professional manner with clean-up. Needed a return visit a week later for a minor issue. Return visit scheduled in a timely manner and issue handled. Pleasant company to work with!

Very well. They wouldn't accept the $99 drain cleaning coupon I printed from the Angie's list site that I printed the night before they came. The gentleman said that it had expired. That's why I gave the price category a B rating.

    Big John's Plumbing
It went well. The plumber who came out was friendly and professional, but... I think part of their "plan" is to convince you that you should have this special foam put into the pipes that will get rid of the roots; since the snake is only 3" in diameter and the pipes are 6" therefore snaking alone won't keep the problem in check. We've had other companies come out in the past, and they've all recommended an annual snaking, not thousands of dollars worth of root eating foam. As I mentioned earlier, the plumber was courteous and professional and he did a great job! It was the sales pitch that was somewhat surprising, and since it is not feasible to take on this additional expense, we're going to stick with the annual snaking.

Cregger's crew was very professional, and the work was completed quickly (faster than the estimate) and very good quality. Quality sweat fittings everywhere, no pex and no compression fittings, exactly as I requested. The crew was very nice- they answered all of my questions and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. Setting my appointment was easy and painless, and they showed up exactly at the time they said they would. The service was not the cheapest quote I had (it was close- they were within about 10% of the cheapest quote) but I am VERY pleased with the work, and would highly recommend them. Paying a little extra was well worth it considering the quality of the customer service I recieved from them, and most importantly the quality of the work. No shortcuts were taken by them, anywhere- everything was done right the first time with quality parts.

Allan's Emergency Drain and Sewer Service
Highly recommended! Arrived within a few hours of call and within the discussed time frame. Plumber tried to snake shower and toilet to save me money, but couldn't remove the clog. Plumber removed toilet and uses snake to remove clog. Plumber couldn't remove clog with standard snake and had to use heavy duty snake with motor. Took about 1 1/2 hours to get clog removed and get toilet reinstalled. I spent another hour cleaning up the mess. It would have been great it he'd cleaned up the mess. It would have also been great if the plumber didn't have dried dirt in the treads of his boots. I would have given a 5 out of 5 if he didn't have such dirty shoes and didn't track dirt around my house. Regardless, the plumber fixed my issue and I'd hire them again! Thanks Allan's Emergency Drain and Sewer Service!

BUYER BEWARE! I explained my specific situation that I needed my drain snaked on my vent on my second story, flat-roofed house. I made sure that they knew the exact situation. Over the phone, I was told the price would $300 because it would require an extra technician and because the guys would have to go onto my roof. Once the plumber arrived (without the extra tech to help him), he assessed the situation and told me the price would be $450. When I said I was quoted that I was quoted $300 over the phone, he simply said, "the girls in the office don't really know what they're talking about". I refused the service because the price went up 50%. Such price gouging and bait-and-switch tactics. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

Great! The plumber was quick and did a great job getting all the gunk out. Additionally, recommended some other fixes near the laundry sink and explained the implications if no action was taken (prior homeowners installed shoddy plastic pipe). Would recommend.
