    I phone earlier today to inquire about business hours as I was planning on stopping in to get a pair of slacks hemmed. I spoke with Mario directly and was told he was open until 6:00 pm. I rushed there from an earlier appointment, arrived at 5:30 pm, only to find the front door locked and nobody there. The sign on the door states hours are M-F 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Very unprofessional; I will not be back.

    Heather is amazing. She did an extraordinary job on the alterations to my wedding gown that really added to the gown's beauty. She listened very well to the areas where I felt the gown could fit me better, added her own expert opinion, and then took it from there. She created a bustle for the dress that was a completely elegant all on its own and smartly added an interior belt to the strapless bodice that kept the dress in place all day long without the constant need to tug it up. She came highly recommended, and I would recommend her again and again to anyone looking for alterations. She is a true pro.

    The owner did not listen to my wishes, was pompous and returned the dress to me the way she wanted it and not the way I asked for the sleeves to be altered.  I found her to be rude and not a good listener.  She was the "expert" and not me.  I was totally disappointed in the work done.

    Dropped off an expensive $400.00 floral skirt to be dry cleaned because wine was dumped all over me at a reception. The skirt was white satin with colorful floral pattern. Asked mrs. Sylvia herself if she can get the stain out and if the colorful floral pattern will not bleed onto the white part. Sylvia reassured me that she's been in business for a very long time and not to worry. I only went to this dry cleaning place because my husband used to take his shirts there on his way to work and he recommended her. I went to pick it up after a week. Didn't bother looking at it and Sylvia did t say anything to me at that time. At home I took it out the clear garment plastic cover and noticed the stain was gone but all the colors bled through the white of the skirt. I was very upset because this skirt is now ruined and I cannot wear it again. I called Sylvia's dry cleaning and some with Sylvia herself and she said she didn't notice anything, I asked if I can bring it back so she can see what I'm talking about. A day later I took in to her and she saw what I was taking about and she said she would try again to wash it and see if she can fix the colors that bled thru the white areas. Several days later I go to pick it p and Sylvia was rude and said that the skirt was ruined initially when it was brought to her. I said it was fine, a light pink area of the wine was the problem. And she denied the whole situation about her reassuring me that the. Colors will not bleed through and she never said she would dry clean it again to fix the problem and that I was making it all up. I was furious, I kept my skirt and told her she ruined a $400 skirt and her attitude was horrible and unprofessional. I also told her that I would of preferred her saying 'I'm sorry but I'm not equipped to clean such delicate material or pattern'. I could've taken it elsewhere but I stayed with her because she said she can fix it. Anyway, she was rude and I think she was more upset that she runed my skirt and she gained an unhappy customer. I did tell her that I was going to contact the BBB, and I did and entered a report. I not once asked Sylvia today me for what my skirt cost since she runed it. I was still giving her the benefit of doubt. I cannot believe that a business owner would treat her customer that way. A simple " hey, I'm sorry I ruined your skirt' would of done more for me than what she did. She knew very well that she ruined my skirt and didn't know how to go about it. Anyway, nothing more was done except that I ended up with a ruined skirt , my husband, friends and I do not utilize her services anymore, and I reported her to the BBB.

    They are hard to work with. They try to double charge you. They charge you when you drop it off and then try to charge you when you pick it up. The job they did was not that great. Their building was very dirty. They ruined one of my dresses.

    I have used them several times over the last few years.  They can get things done quickly, and Eddie does a really good job.  He's got a really good eye.  I'm very happy with the services they provide, and will continue to use Eddie in the future.

    The store itself is attractive and comfortable with seating for friends coming to help with the decision making process. They have an extremely wide selection of dresses that begin at a moderate price level and go up to extremely high end gowns. The staff was incredibly patient as I tried on dozens of dresses over several weeks. The alterations were wonderful and they were very helpful to my bridesmaids as well. Planning a wedding can be frustrating, but every time I went into Bella Donnas I had a great time. It was one of the high points of my wedding planning experience.
