Very professional and on-time. Replacing the bathtub faucet was planned and went very well. We experienced a backed- up sewer drain, which the technician came promptly and cleared out. We had to pay an after hours fee, but the work needed to be done. Great service and I plan to rehire them for additional work in the future!

    PLUMBERS SERVICE INC
I give this company 5 stars and recommend them to anyone. Our basement floor drains backed up for the first time in the 12 years we've lived here, called a plumber the clean up company gave us and they referred us to this company. They came out the same day we called, Nicholas explained everything, provided helpful information and the cost was reasonable.

Being that the toilet was a discontinued Jacuzzi brand, parts were not readiliy available.  When making the appointment, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable because we were not sure if it could be fixed with generic parts or if the toilet would have to be replaced.  She made sure Kevin did have a new toilet in the truck just in case.  When he looked at it on Saturday morning, he saw that he could fix it which saved me money.  After replacing the parts in the tank, it still was not flushing without having to hold down the lever extra long until the water flushed out of the bowl, which is very inconvenient.  Kevin went to his truck and came back with a different flapper that is designed to stay open longer which solved the problem.  I highly recommend Cregger Plumbing.  I give them "2 thumbs up" and will use them again in the future.

He did a really good job. He called and explained everything. He worked on it for like 2 hours. He even recommended someone to clean up after. It worked out really well. He was a great choice. Afterward he called me to explain everything more. I would highly recommend him

improperly installed everything, bragged about being a professional (he is anything but) and is NOT  a licensed plumber.  If you hired him and he performed any plumbing work requiring permits, he is in violation of his probation and will go to jail.  He NEEDS  to be in jail because he is completely incompetent and is jeopardizing peoples' safety by improperly installing plumbing.  PLEASE REPORT THIS GUY TO YOUR LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT IF HE PUTS IN A SUMP PUMP, WATER HEATERS AT YOUR HOME.  THESE SERVICES REQUIRE AN INSPECTION AND IF HE IMPROPERLY INSTALLS A WATER HEATER, YOU COULD HAVE AN EXPLOSION IN YOUR HOME DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION.

Company returned from a previous appointment and snaked the drains in the basement. They also scoped the drain with the camera and found no problem. I also had a bathroom sink that was running slow, they removed the elbow and ran a snake down the drain. He was very professional and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. He cleaned up all the spots that he had been.I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

I though the price was way high when other contractors were quoting me $75 to $150 over the phone.  They did have to replace my plug and snake out 90' of drain.  They were there about 20 minutes.  They did show up on relatively short notice.

MICHIGAN SUPREME PLUMBING AND DRAIN CLEANING
Justin responded to my initial call for a backed up drainage within half an hour of my call on a Saturday, as he was finishing up at another job. He quickly setup the power auger and was able to pull out a massive ball of roots which then allowed the drains to flow clear. After
a short discussion in which I explained that this had happened less than two years ago, he recommended running a camera down the line to see if there were any other possible issues. He didn't have the camera with him but we arranged for him to come back.  A couple days later, Justin showed up and we discovered that the old sewer line was all crock and about every four or five feet where the crock sections joined, additional roots could be seen coming through. In addition, we also noted that the camera hit into a pool of water further down the line which he said looked like another blockage or a collapse. A call to his boss, Mike Sheldon, to confirm their work schedule and we set up October 6th as the day to start excavating the old pipe and replace it with high end pvc type that would eliminate the root issues once and for all. Promptly at 9:00am, Mike, Justin, Brian and Dave were at the house with a bobcat and commenced excavating. In the process they discovered that the electrical line to the garage had apparently been ran at the same time the old sewer line had been laid. This required careful and alot of by hand digging to get to the old crock and not cut into the electrical cabling. Mike reassured me also that the cable was properly done as it is the type that allows direct burial, which strengthened my faith in this master plumber knowing building codes. By 3pm the old had been totally replaced, the code officer had come around and approved of the work and the guys backfilled the excavation. One particular note of interest. My steel carport was sitting over part of the dig area and Mike and the guys were able to carefully move it out of the way with the help of the bobcat and when finished placed it back. Mike also had the guys spread tarps down over my gravel to save as much of it from being buried as possible. It's these little thoughts of the care for the customer that makes a difference between just another plumbing company and Pros who take pride in their work. Will I call them again for any of my plumbing needs? You can bet on it, without any hesitation. Do I recommend them? If you want the job done correctly you better call them.

I started to see water comming up from the floor drains in the basement when water was used anywhere in the house. They would drain slowly if not too much water was used at once. I called and they came out the next day at the time they had stated. The technician, Jimmy, was very friendly and courteous. He snaked the drain from the house to the main sewer line which took 60 feet of snake. When that didn't help he went to a floor drain and snaked it. He found a big wad of paper towels we had flushed down the toilet that had not disintegrated. Since then I have not had any problems. I am planning on having them come back and do some other work for me shortly. I used the Angie deal and got the work done for $99.

    Gary The Plumber
Gary came out and was complaining about leaving a family gathering on a Saturday night. He brought an assistant and a snake. After working on it, he started throwing a fit because he had tree roots on his snake and ruined a section. He did not clear the blockage and when asked if he could at least pump the water out of the basement he said he did not do that and the yard had to be dug up to fix the blockage. The homeowner had only been in the house a month or so and told Gary that the realtor said there had been sewer problems, but they were fixed. Gary said "All customers are liars." He left with $300 and wrote a receipt that he snaked 104 feet 3x. The front yard to the sewer is actually no more than 60 feet. Another plumber came out the next day and cleared the blockage with a cutter. The other plumber said that Gary should not have charged more than a service charge because he didn't fix the problem. Gary showed up at the house ranting and raving that he should have charged $650 and had to be asked to leave the property.
