Paul scheduled our job as soon as the materials were available and kept us up to date on everything. Scott took care of our demo and install. He was prompt every day (this was a 4 day project) and had such attention to detail. He is very professional and personable. ASuperior Home Building LLCJerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. AWorld of Floors®I had to replace flooring in my home due to a water pipe burst into getting in my living room. I looked at a couple of other suppliers, but the service and selection was far better than anywhere else visited. Elvis was so helpful in showing me sample, after sample, after sample... Elvis was so knowledgeable about the types of floors, the quality, and what would look good in my house. The price was better than expected. AThe Carpet Guys LLCExcellent, the job was estimated at two days to complete but the "hard surface installer" Brandon stayed until the job was done and was very courteous and polite. AJared and his team did an excellent job refinishing the floor in our great room. The former owners had dogs, so there were lots of scratches and damaged areas, but GT Flooring made it smooth as new! We had water leaking from a window while the team was working, and they alerted us to the problem. We were very happy with the work, and Jared is great to do business with!

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.

FHorrible. I had to argue to get them to fix a few things due to poor installation, refused to fix the rest. The owner said the work was "perfect", photos are attached judge for yourself. The grout was mixed poorly and now it has efflorescence and looks chalky, he denied that was the case but the grout company clearly states this happens and why here [*** Link removed ***]

Ffirst off worst experience ever still in a legal battle which they claim they didnt do zero customer help or call backs they miscut my counter tops that i waited 8 weeks for but then tried to install them they dented my diahwasher and fridge scratched and chipped my pantry cause the counter top was to big due to the miscut they dropped the other counter top on the floor wich hit my fridge and scratched it i had to wait another 10 weeks for home depot to send a new company out to put my new counter top in stay far away from this company cause they literally treat costumers like numbers i will see you guys in court
